Ok hotel with very central location in Cayenne

We arrived at 3am and night check in staff was very efficient and welcoming. Although the country is French speaking, all the staff we met were very good at trying to converse in English while I tried to communicate in fractured French.

A Pleasant Stay in Cayenne

The hotel is located close to all the shops and restaurants in Cayenne and is relatively quiet. There is a police station nearby so the area is quite safe. In addition there is an excellent cafe next door where the prices are reasonable. There is also a good travel agency next door.

Un hôtel très accueillant

Très belle chambre bien placée, propre et spacieuse, avec vue sur la piscine et les palmiers. L'agréable chant des oiseaux au petit matin. Un hôtel avec un personnel adorable et au petit soin du client. Chambre parfaite pour client parfait à la guyanaise (et pas pour les râleurs) 😉

Tolles Hotel als Entspannungsoase

Zentral gelegenes Mittelklasse Hotel mit aussergewöhnlich gutem Personal das auch hervorragend englisch und sogar andere Fremdsprachen spricht. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung und der kleine aber sehr saubere Swimming Pool ist optimal um der Hitze von Cayenne für ein paar Stunden zu entfliehen. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ordentlich aber leider aber auch sehr hellhörig. Internet ist leider nur mittelmäßig. Alles in allem ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl und sehr zu empfehlen. Und falls es Fragen oder Probleme dort gibt... Fred an der Rezeption ist die gute Seele des Hauses... ;-) R. Auer aus München

O recepcionista que realizou o procedimento da chegada foi feita de forma grosseira e sem qualquer cuidado respeitoso ao grupo. O mobiliário e os banheiros são antigos e merecem uma adequação e melhoria rápida. O atendimento de saída realizado foi realizado de forma atenciosa (09h).

centrally located hotel, close to the palm garden

Just like in France, the hotels in French Guiana are somewhat disappointing compared to USA. I've stayed in Best Western in Miami and that room was bigger, cleaner and the a/c worked according to the settings. Also, it was on the expensive side and breakfast was not included. The hotel staff on the other hand was very helpful especially since I can't speak French and almost nobody speaks English over there

Pratique le parking intérieur

Cet hotel en plein centre permet de laisser son véhicule sur place et se balader dans les rues sans les soucis de recherche de parking. Les personnels sont très accueillants et serviables. Quelques petits soucis techniques clim, chasse d'eau mais immédiatement pris en compte par le service de dépannage de l'hotel. C'est un plus.

Personnel adorable. Restaurant en plein renouveau. Fabrice le maitre d'hotel est au petit soin de la clientele, la nourriture est de tres bonne qualité. A contrario Lionel le serveur n'a qu'une vitesse et ce n'est pas la plus rapide et la serveuse du matin est moins aimable que le bagne de cayenne. Le personnel d'accueil est souriant, toujours présent.

Mitigé, déconseille aux familles

Confortable mais une partie du personnel pas très agréable malgré un réceptionniste très professionnel. Petit-déjeuner décevant par son offre, odeurs désagréables (pieds) dans les couloirs, intenables dans l'ascenseur, probablement dues au nombre important de militaires logeants dans l'hôtel.

Un hôtel correspondant à son environnement.

Hôtel placé en plein centre de Cayenne avec des difficultés pour trouver une place de parking et un environnement extérieur peu sécurisé malgré le poste de police voisin. En effet, à partir de 22-23 heures il n'est pas trop conseillé de se promener seul dans les rues perpendiculaires ou de s'aventurer trop loin a l'opposé de la place des palmistes sous peine de tomber sur des camés, des clochards ou des prostituées et de se faire éventuellement rackèter ... L'hôtel en lui même correspond à 3 étoiles, sans plus. Par contre la moquette des chambres a plus que vécu et la salle de bain mériterait une ''remise à jour ''. Sinon, la litterie est confortable si l'on oublie les couvertures trouées. En résumé, cela peut convenir pour un court voyage d'affaires, mais surtout pas pour des vancances en famille.

bonjour nous avons été surclassé dans un autre hôtel du groupe (Royal Amazonia) qui était parfait... mais ce n'est pas le même tarif que le best western Amazonia
