Very friendly and helpful staff, the Area is very friendly, lovely peoples. The room a little small, but clean. a/c works better in a small environment. Breakfast wasn't great, but great quality alternatives in the bars and restaurants in easy walking distances, at the nearest within 2 minutes walk.

Low standard at the breakfast. Instead of glass you got a plastic cup. The only bread were thin slices of roast bread and the other option were croissants. It took a long time to get refills on the breakfast table. And last, we booked at Hotel Majorca and then we got information from a random carpenter that our hotel was closed. He referred to another hotel which had the same owner, obviously. This information should’ve come before the arrival! - after two days when we were walking by Hotel Majorca we could see guests and the hotel was open for sure. How come? The other hotel, where we were referred to, had a weak Wi-Fi connection in the lobby and then it was no connection at all in the room.

Come avevamo letto, l'albergo è un po' datato. È però andato oltre i giudizi letti. Pulizia della struttura scadente, soprattutto nella parti comuni. La colazione era pessima: cibo non fresco, stoviglie mal pulite (tazze e posate spesso con aloni), brioches non fresche e pochissima scelta. Non ci torneremo di sicuro.

Hotel ottimo per la posizione vicino al mare vicino all'acquario vicino al corso pedonale dove puoi trovare tutti i negozietti ...parcheggio inesistente però è convenzionato con uno vicino al costo di 7 euro al giorno. L'Hotel dall'esterno non sembra male ma all'interno sa tutto di vecchio e sporco...

La mia esperienza sull'Hotel è durata due notti in un fine settimana. La struttura è rimasta agli anni 60/70 però funziona tutto. Decisamente rumoroso il vociare la sera sotto l'hotel, come era ovvio aspettarsi da una posizione centrale però i serramenti non aiutavano per niente. Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante. Sala ristorante e camera puliti, parti comuni spesso non a livello delle aspettative... Tutto sommato una soluzione economica a 200 metri dalla spiaggia e con tutti i servizi a portata. Parcheggio precario, struttura convenzionata con parcheggio privato a circa mt 700 con servizio navetta durante il giorno.

La posizione è buona. La stanza non era tanto pulita. Abbiamo avuto problemi per il prolungamento del soggiorno, perché per una notte in più ci hanno proposto un prezzo più alto rispetto a quanto già pagato per i giorni precedenti, nonostante sulle varie app il costo fosse più basso. Così abbiamo dovuto prenotare autonomamente una nuova stanza su Expedia, cosa che ha comportato un check out della prima stanza e un nuovo check in per una nuova stanza per una sola notte. Credo che sarebbe stato carino e opportuno farci lo stesso prezzo per la notte in più, senza causarci il disguido di fare e disfare le valige due volte solo per una notte).

Ottima posizione perché situato al centro di Cattolica, qualsiasi cosa cerchi la trovi nelle vicinanze come bar, ristoranti, negozi ecc. anche l'acquario dista 5 Min. a piedi. Consideravo già che avendo pagato poco non mi sarei ritrovato alla regia di Caserta. Quando si entra nel hotel si ha una buona sensazione, ma il tutto finisce lì alla reception. Già dai primi gradini per andare su ai piani c'è una moquette che si ricorda i bei tempi andati. Le camere sono chiuse da porte da interni molto leggere, vecchie e per nulla insonorizzate questo si avverte anche attraverso le pareti perché stando nel letto senti i vicini che chiacchierano. Il letto a castello in alcuni punti arruginito e la barra di protezione tenuta su dal nastro isolante. Il letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli senza topper con materassi vecchi e troppo morbidi da risultare scomodi, non erano coperti neanche dal coprimaterasso e questo mi ha dato non poco fastidio. La camera era abbastanza sporca, almeno le lenzuola e la biancheria erano pulite. Il bagno ha il doccino con una tenda e senza piatto, peccato che nessuno nelle altre recensioni lo avesse scritto altrimenti non avrei prenotato questa struttura. Il problema principale sono le regole date dal nostro governo, dove si hanno le stelle basate sui servizi che si danno e non dalla qualità che si offre, alcuni di questi: ascensore, reception 24 ore, conoscenza di una lingua straniera, cambio biancheria 2 volte a settimana, pulizia giornaliera

Il primo giorno, abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera, che non era pulita da chissà quanto.. secondo giorno non ci arriva l’acqua per farsi la doccia.. terzo giorno, dobbiamo ricambiare camera di nuovo che perdeva acqua sulle camere di sotto.. pulizia 0, bagno orribile, tenda da bagno che puzzava orribilmente. Colazione con tutti prodotti del supermercato. L’unica cosa positiva era il posto, vicino alla spiaggia e Tatiana la signora della Rezeption. Insomma, per quel prezzo abbiamo avuto Hotel 100 volte meglio rispetto a questo. Mai più!!!!!
