House of 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms (one with a maximum height of 1.75m), Equipped kitchen, Air conditioning, Swimming pool (7mx3m), solarium, and several terraces, Barbecue, private parking (3 cars maximum).
Arrivals are on Saturday between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and departures on Saturday at 10 a.m.
obligatory cleaning at 120 € per stay, bed linen is provided.
Companions on 4 legs are only accepted if they weigh less than 10 kg.
It is Thierry who will welcome you in order to give you the keys and who can advise you on the purchase of deli meats and good restaurants if you wish
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund (less a service charge). 60 days cancellation 100% refund. If canceled within 21 days of your trip, the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are reimbursed when cancellation takes place before arrival and within 48 hours of booking.

Super tout était conforme à l'annonce maison très agréable tout ce qu'il falait et bien sur la clim indispensable. avec une belle piscine ainsi que des transats nous étions 9personnes de la place pour tous.vraiment une maison a recommander petit bémol les gens ne sont pas cool régulièrement garé sur le bateau pas longtemps juste le temps allée à la boucherie en face mais régulièrement dans la journée, rien a voir avec la maison nous avons 2 places de parkings a l'intérieur top encore merci pour ces super vacances c'est notre 2e locations dans cette maison et je n'hésiterais pas pour une 3eme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison qui est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Commerces et plage à proximité. Idéal pour grande famille. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui répond très vite. Encore un grand merci à lui ainsi qu'à Pauline et Simon.

Remarque à prendre en compte pour un meilleur séjour

Bon volumes pour familles 9 personnes, terrasses étages non exploitables(trop chaud), chambres avec clim dans le couloir 1 seule peut en bénéficier ,les 2 au bout du couloir trop chaud même avec ventilateur, literie à revoir, lit qui craque matelas cuvette..., cuisine : carrelage autour d'évier cassé( coupure), manque d'appareil électrique (friteuse, plancha....) chambre rez-de-chaussée: manque de ventilation (remonté d'égout), piscine revoir le carrelage intérieur piscine, blessures au pieds.......

Un formidable séjour

Villa très bien située, à seulement 20mn de marche de la plage et des commerces. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine à 10 personnes, grands parents, enfants et petits enfants et chacun a pu apprécier les équipements de la maison. L'accueil de Valérie qui gère les réservations est exemplaire, les propriétaires sont soucieux du bon déroulement de votre séjour. Je recommande vivement cette location, vous ne le regretterez pas !

Très bon séjour, logement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. Tout comme à la maison !! La literie est de bonne qualité dans toutes les chambres. Le jardin avec piscine au top pour des moments de détentes et d'amusements. Situation proche plage et commodité très appréciable. Je recommande, en famille ou entre amis vous passerez un séjour agréable.

Impression mitigée !

Des points positifs comme la propreté, l’accueil et les conseils, un propriétaire attentif à notre bien-être, de bons matelas sauf un lit qui grinçait, une jolie terrasse surélevée pour le soir. Malheureusement quelques points négatifs comme l’emplacement de la maison dans l’avenue la plus passante de la ville donc beaucoup de bruit, une clim annoncée mais présente uniquement dans un couloir et dans le salon, trois chambres sur quatre sans fenêtre directe vers l’extérieur (les nuits ont été chaudes !) les oreillers sont absolument à changer ( nous avons eu le choix entre de l’extra plat ou une brique !!!).

Nous avons passé 7 jours à 8 personnes dans cette villa et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Maison très confortable, spacieuse et situé proche du centre ville et de la plage. Très bon contct avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette villa.
