It was very clean the people there were very nice the beach right across the street was not very expensive compared to further down the playa. Felt safe on the beach. Long Walk especially late at night for food might not recommend doing it.

This was not our 1st choice. Unfortunately our airbnb was closed after our booking and then the host for our 2md booked airbnb was unresponsive. So for the sake of not sleeping in the streets we found Isla Capri... what started off as just a hotel to "get the job done" bc the location for our future stays. Althought it is not a 5star resort like we'd hoped to have. The staff the food and the location was everything we needed and more. They were able to accommodate our group of 5 and went above and beyond for us our entire stay! We will never forget the love we experienced at Isla Capri.

Its ok place. Inexpensive and ok location. The rooms are a bit worn out and older cheap furnishings. A little rough around the edges. The good is your right across from beach. Away frim hustle bustle but close enough. Breakfast is decent. Fresh made to order. Staff is very nice.

Great Location

This hotel is a little rough around the edges (needs updating, rooms painted, etc.) but the staff more than make up for any cosmetics. The beds are comfortable, the A/C works great and the breakfast served (either Colombian or American) is very good. The staff are super friendly, helpful and could not be nicer. The hotel is very clean throughout. It is literally across the street from the beach and an easy walk to the historic part of town.

ISLA THE PLACE TO BE

Our stay was amazing. The hotel was clean, we walked accrosd the road to the beach, staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. They checked on and helped to book outings, taxi's advised best places to visit and eat. This included housekeeping to breakfast servers to management. Maybe just work on more consistent wifi? But admosphere more than made up for this.

Good budget hotel

Hotel is just a short ride to the walled city and Boca grande beach. What makes this hotel good Is the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is older and nothing fancy. But the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great and the free breakfast was very good. This is not a 4 star hotel. However if you just want a low budget room that is decent this place fits perfectly.

NEVER again!

We did not stay there due to false information posted on Hotels.com. Upon arrival, we proceeded to check-in only to find the room was not clean, nor did it match the photos online. There was grim and hand marks on the walls along with a non working a/c. I only made it to checking the room out and leaving for another hotel 2 miles up the road. Definitely NEVER staying or looking at a hotel in the area where this was located.

Shame on Expedia for even having this property on the website. The photos in the listing are not as they are in reality. Room, and any "amenitiies" are smaller and worse than they appear in the photos. I literally entered my room and immediately left. I did not stay in this filth and arranged a different stat at another place. I tried to cancel the reservatation or the remaining part of it 10 minutes after checking in but was not able too. 0 Stars for Expedia.

Very low end hotel. Not hot water and dirty hotel.

The hotel doesn’t have hot water. Poor room. Dirty and broken items inside the room. Hand towel only. No shower towels Unbelievable horrible. We couldn’t stay at the hotel and we went to a normal hotel.

The room and the hotel in general weren't clean, the sheets were dirty with old makeup stains. I asked for new sheets at the reception and I had feeling the person at the reception was annoyed by this request. The toilet in the room didn't flush efficienty and the water of the shower was never warm. Also, I found a small piece of metal in my breakfast.

I arrived late last night, about midnight. I am given a room, supposed to water view with balcony. There was no balcony but the windows were not sealed though street noise was unbearable. Receptionist change the room. This time I noticed two roaches one in the bathroom other in the sleeping area. I contact to the receptionist again. He gave me another room. Overall the hotel was so outdated and dirty. I just crashed in without using shower or changing my outfit or opened my luggages. It was just annoying to relax. Left the room in the morning.

El menú es reducido pero bueno, las cantidades son un poco pequeñas, el servicio de desayuno es lento, en una ocasión esperamos hasta 30 min, solo tienen una mesera para todos (ella era amable), la habitación es sencilla pero cumplidora, solo vimos una cucaracha en el baño, el personal es amable y servicial.
