20 mins drive north of Brindisi airport, this is a huge all inclusive resort - its about a mile from the sea but has a Tourist Train that runs to and from the beach all day. We visited at the end of the season (they were getting ready to close for winter) and I cant imagine how crazy this resort would be in August - the canteen (it really cant be described as a restaurant) is immense - 3 massive rooms, which would be insane if full. Also there are huge swimming pools with hundreds of sun loungers and umbrellas around them. Again, it was OK off season as it was quiet, but would be crazy if full during the school holidays.

Cucina non male, animazione diurna inesistente. Non giravano mai per informarti su eventuali giochi o attività. Ho trovato la porta d'ingresso danneggiata ,cassaforte non era attaccata a nulla. Chiunque accedendo poteva portarla via. Il servizio di sorveglianza nonostante tutto è terminato ad agosto. A settembre non c'era. Dov'è il rispetto per i clienti?

Struttura grande, immersa nel verde e ben tenuta e curata. Camera nuova e ogni giorno ben pulita. Molto buoni il servizio del trenino, la spiaggia (consigliata "le dune" per la vicinanza al bar e la possibilità di trovare un mare cristallino senza scogli spostandosi di qualche metro. Cibo buono, consigliato l'all inclusive, ottima la possibilità di pranzare in spiaggia e gli aperitivi serali. Buona l'animazione e gli spettacoli serali.

L’hotel vanta una buona posizione e un buon servizio navetta per la spiaggia. La camera non è pulitissima, le asciugamani sono in cotone sottilissimo come andavano di moda 50 anni fa.... il cibo è buono ma servito stile mensa operai e la sala da pranzo molto chiassosa. Il personale disponibile

Villaggio Top!

Il villaggio è ben organizzato, tutte le strutture sono vicine. Inoltre la gentilezza, la disponibilità e la professionalità del personale rende il soggiorno piacevole. Gli alloggi, come il resto del villaggio, è pulito. Spiaggia, pulita, ordinata e ben vigilata, i bagnini, e tutto lo staff..attrezzisti...ecc sempre presenti e sempre disponibili, gestita da MASSIMO, una grande Famiglia!!!Un plauso anche al piccolo Francesco nella gestione canoe sempre attento e scrupoloso.. Anche il ristorante è ottimamente gestito. Altra nota positiva va all animazione, tutti bravi che affrontano le giornate con grande professionalità. Sanno essere coinvolgenti, ma non invadenti. GRAZIE di CUORE !!!

Hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux

Bel hôtel propre excentré et bien entretenu avec une grande et belle piscine. Des chambres réparties dans des maisonettes à 2 étages. Grand parking couvert gratuit très appréciable. Accès à une plage privée par petit train : la plage privée ne permet pas de s'y baigner en raison des trop nombreux rochers. Il faut se décaler et se rendre sur la plage publique. Un bar est à disposition. Le gros point négatif concerne la restauration et l'all inclusive :peu de choses comprises, peu d'offres de snacks (une pizza et un seul goût de glace de 16h à 18h). Très peu de choix en boissons, pas de cocktails compris ni bouteille d'eau. Mini bar vide dans la chambre. Service uniquement au bar avec un personnel pas agréable ni souriant. Éviter d'aller au bar de la piscine en maillot de bain mouillé! Les repas sont de très basse qualité pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Kein Hotel für mich. Die Anlage vom Hotel ist sehr groß und hat leider wenig italienischen Charme, jedoch ist das Geschmackssache. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer, insbesondere im Bad ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir waren einmal im Hotel Mittagessen - so schlecht habe ich in Italien noch nie gegessen.

A parte il tempo purtroppo abbiamo usufruito poco dei servizi come la piscina è il mare! L'animazione con 4 giorni li l'abbiamo vista solo a pranzo a cena è l'ultima serata che avevano! Il mangiare buono!

This is not an hotel but an Italian holiday camp where Italians return to year after year. Few staff speak good English - German is the preferred second language as TUI (Thomsons) Germany send guests here. There is no restaurant but a self service buffet in a canteen - the food was okay but not great for vegetarians. The free wine with meals you are offered really is undrinkable - it comes pumped out a metal barrel! It is very isolated and if you don't have your own transport there is nowhere to go. You could order a very expensive taxi but there is no guarantee you'll get one to take you back. We arrived by train at Carovigno station - the most remote station I've ever seen and the holiday resort is over 7km away, We only made it after a kind local gave us a lift. Attempts to ring the hotel ahead of our arrival were met with no response.

Great hotel but could be better!

Overall very good but breakfast clear up is very prompt. Ended at 0930 but at 0910 the big clear up commmenced and instead of clearing dirty tables they cleared the food first. No not how it's done! Beach and pool excellent and great overall family holiday.

Resort molto bello, molto pulito, c'è la possibilità di noleggiare le biciclette per muoversi tranquillamente dentro e fuori la struttura, il trenino che porta al mare può essere una pecca, ma sinceramente ai miei figli piaceva tanto l'idea..., poi c'è ne sono due di trenini e le attese sono di cinque minuti, consiglio di evitare le ore dai punta. La colazione solo fino alle 9:30 poi tolgono tutto e chi non ha fatto in tempo rimane senza..., fino alle 10:00 sarebbe ideale per chi non vuole alzarsi presto, Consiglierei di variare il menù della mattina, sempre torte e crostate confezionate, cornetti alla crema o vuoti, certo marmellata e Nutella a volontà, magari variare con qualche wafle crêpes o biscotti, frutta tagliata, qualche varietà di formaggio, uova strapazzati, altri tipi di insaccati..., solo una macchina automatica per il caffè in una sala di 300 persone, il pranzo e la cena a buffe un tantino più variato, buone le verdure e insalate, secondo me il pesce era surgelato, Animazione da migliorare, bella la sorpresa di sabato sera, non ve la dico.
