Not worth the price — disappointing on many levels

We paid €472/night for a dark, bare room that felt more like a bunker. No balcony/outdoor, no charm, poor/none Wi-Fi, and a rickety bunk bed that wasn’t even safe for kids (even the ’safety rail’ was loose and fell to the floor). The hotel is full of hidden fees: for ex you have to pay to use the small pool — €7 per person/day. Same fee applies even if you just want a quick dip. Sunbeds at the private beach are then included in that fee but only 2 (even if you are paying for 4p). The buffet (€98 for our family) was underwhelming. The food was uninspired and we are not a picky family. Only water or wine was incl, not even soft drinks for the kids. Breakfast was equally poor — ex just bananas and kiwis as the ’fresh fruit’ -no melon, pineapple etc. The machine coffee wasn’t even drinkable. It was clean, and I guess the staff tried, but this is far from even a poor 4-star standard. Much better options elsewhere for this price - The hotel is loud, the beach is rocky, and the water gets deep immediately. We asked for a refund for at least the last night/nights and check out early - but were refused to get any money back by manager. They did give us a superior room with 4 beds on the floor. Small, but worked. And that room had WiFi and a functional shower. There are far better options available — and at better prices at a better location, this was so off 1st room: Safety box did not work Flod in shower No hot water Dangerous bunkbed No wifi

Nettes Resort mit tollem Abendessen

Das Resort wird von Familien mit Kindern gebucht, etwas lärmresistent muss man also sein. Es bietet direkten Strandzugang, was in dieser Gegend eher selten ist. Die Anlage besteht aus vielen kleinen Gebäuden mit gepflegtem Garten. Man muss ca. 500 m zum Strand laufen. Das Abendessen (Buffet) ist hervorragend - viel Auswahl und Abwechslung. Servicepersonal sehr engagiert und zuvorkommend. Wie in Italien üblich, darf nur rudimentäres Englisch erwarten. Nicht so toll war, dass es außer einem einzigen Kleiderschrank kaum Möglichkeiten gab, seine Kleidung abzulegen, obwohl das Zimmer eigentlich genug Platz hatte. Wir waren nur zu zweit, wie das eine Familie gemacht hätte, ist mir schleierhaft. Außerdem hat es aus dem Abfluss gestunken, da stimmte wohl etwas nicht. Ogliastra ist neben den Stränden vor allem für Wanderungen eine tolle Gegend. Viel "los" ist dort allerdings nicht, allenfalls Tortoli lohnt einen Besuch.

Weekend di due notti

Bella struttura, animatori giovani e carini, piscina adatta ai bimbi - mia figlia ha apprezzato! Spiaggia non proprio conforme alla foto con sabbia bianca del sito internet... bella lo stesso ma al di sotto delle aspettative. Colazione simpatica e bella sala panoramica, peccato non ci fosse l'opzione pranzo o cena "à la carte" anziché solo menù fisso / buffet. Ne abbiamo approfittato per spostarci e conoscere ottime pizzerie e ristoranti dei dintorni. Nel complesso ci è mancato quel certo non so che che ci spinge solitamente a tornare in questo genere di struttura... pulito, bello ma non riflette il fascino, il calore e la genuinità della Sardegna. Più corporation che tipico resort isolano.

Struttura che mi ha ricordato un piccolo borgo, molto curato e pulito. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Le camere sono confortevoli. Il ristorante a buffet è ricco e vario. La spiaggia di sabbia grossa e ciotoli è circondata dalla pineta e permette belle passeggiate. Avendo la macchina ho potuto spostarmi comodamente, ma senza auto risulta un po' isolato, tuttavia è dotanto di ampi spazi ricreativi con teatro e piscina. Per me rimane un posto speciale nel cuore

Super consigliato!!!

La struttura è ben tenuta,accogliente e defilata quindi tranquilla e rilassante!il servizio è eccellente,il cibo vario e abbondante e il personale gentile e disponibile.noi avevamo il trattamento di mezzo pensione ,quindi per il pranzo abbiamo optato per il bar sulla spiaggia.siamo rimasti super soddisfatti.Mirco prepara delle ottime e abbondanti insalate. La spiaggia ha la sabbia grossa e con i ciottoli in riva.l'acqua è subito profonda ma nel complesso il mare è veramente bello.il soggiorno è stato rilassante e sicuramente da ripetere!

Una vacanza in tranquillità

Abbiamo soggiornato nella prima settimana di agosto in questa struttura e abbiamo sin da subito molto apprezzato la tranquillità che la stessa offre sebben fosse al completo non siamo stati mai costretti a fare file al bar o al ristorante e questo vale molto. I servizi offerti (pulizie, reception, bar e ristorante) sono di alto valore, la qualità del cibo è buona e cosa che non guasta i prezzi al bar sono assolutamente nella media. Animazione molto discreta e per niente invadente, la spiaggia, di sabbia e ciotoli è a circa 400 metri e il mare è subito molto profondo. Sicuramente è una struttura da consigliare per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Da migliorare.

Camera abbastanza pulita, anche se con dei difetti, le ante dell'armadio difettose, la finestra del bagno non si apriva, la porticina della doccia che non si chiudeva. La qualità dei piatti da migliorare, ci hanno dato un pesce al forno spacciato come pescato del giorno, ma erano tutti della stessa identica dimensione, e poi crudo dentro. La sera al bar abbiamo preso un limoncello e un chivas regal, orrore, serviti in flutes di plastica!!! Il sentiero per arrivare alla spiaggia completamente sotto il sole, non c'è un punto d'ombra, e con i 42 gradi di questo periodo non è il massimo. La piscina è piccola e con acqua bassa adatta soprattutto ai bambini, e infatti era pieno. Per sapere i servizi dell'animazione mi hanno detto di inquadrare il qr alla reception ma non corrispondevano! C'era scritto per es zumba e invece c'era yoga. Anche il chiosco in spiaggia usa bicchieri di plastica.

Das Zimmer war für ein Familien-Zimmer sehr spartanisch eingerichtet! Der Schrank hatte kaum Raum für 2 Personen! Das Hochbett ist etwas unsicher…kein rausfallschutz! Unsere große ist mitten in der Nacht abgestürzt und hat euch an der Bettkante unseres Ehebetts den Rücken aufgeschrammt. Eine Terrasse oder ein kleiner Rückzugsort für die Eltern, wenn die Kids im Bett sind, wäre schön gewesen! Die Animation ist nicht für deutsche ausgelegt…war für uns nicht so tragisch! Wenn kein Abendessen dazu gebucht wurde, ist es etwas umständlich dort abends etwas zu essen zu bekommen. Das Frühstücksbuffett war um einiges besser als erwartet! Der Pool macht Spaß!

La nostra camera , tra L altro assegnataci una doppia con solo un letto matrimoniale quando avevamo prenotato una tripla, aveva sanitari vecchi, L acqua non scendeva bene, il bidet perdeva acqua , il copri scarico del water cadeva a pezzi , la doccia non si scaricava bene, la mattina presto dal bagno si sentiva molto rumore di gorgoglio , fastidioso ...; il tutto segnalato ad una addetta alle pulizie che assicurava di segnalare al manutentore per risolvere il problema , ma non è mai giunto nessuno per risolvere le anomalie probabilmente c era stata assegnata la camera vicino adiacente o sottostante La camera di qualcuno dello staff perché c era parecchio via vai

Anni luce da un resort a 4 stelle

Camera quasi sufficiente, materassi sfondati,scarico della doccia mezzo intasato e dispenser di sapone mai riempito in più di una settimana. “Pet friendly”: il cane puó stare solo in camera e non si puó portare nè in spiaggia nè al bar nè tantomeno al ristorante, ma costa 10€ al giorno. Con 40 gradi abbiamo chiesto un late check-out per non far soffrire il cane(anche a pagamento, espressamente detto al ricevimento), ma non ci è stato chiesto nemmeno l’orario, solo un categorico “no”. MALE MALE Unica nota positiva lo staff del bar/animazione e ragazza dell’housekeeping che si è presa cura di noi e del cagnolino.
