Perfect location and excellent cleaning services

rf location, beautiful view of the ocean, lighthouse and promenade, 30 second walk to several delicious restaurants, off street parking lot!!, door guard, modern clean rooms, useful kitchen, excellent cleaning services!, inexpensive and I felt very safe in this area even walking home after dark. I will definitely stay here next time and recommend friends to stay here if they want a central yet safe location while visiting Cape Town.

Amazing location, friendly service and apartment was perfect. Wish I could have stayed longer as I didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend the sea view apartment. It had everything you needed for a comfy stay and included the most beautiful sea view complete with dolphins doing tricks!

I'll be back.

If you can tolerate a little noise from the passing traffic, this is a perfect place to stay in CT. Fantastic view, nice balcony and plenty of space in the room. We were told there wasn't too many channels on TV, but we never turned on the TV anyway. You don't go to CT to watch TV. Some nice restaurants close by, a little grocery shop too, and just a little walk away from the Waterfront. Fantastic stay for a fair price.

We picked this place since we were visiting friends closeby. We could then walk over to our friends. We came after reception closed but this was no problems as security handled the checkin.

Our room entrance and the room next door is joined by a short passage and if they are noisy and keep slamming the door, it resounds in our room. As it happened our "neighbours" was noisy late into the night, with people in and out of their room about 5x per hr. Not great.
