„Die positiven Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel, jedoch war das Abendessen ungenießbar. Das Essen war völlig geschmacklos, und die hygienischen Verhältnisse lassen zu wünschen übrig. Leider hatten wir nach den Mahlzeiten zwei Tage lang mit starken Bauchschmerzen und Erbrechen zu kämpfen. Zudem wurden wir mit Bettwanzen konfrontiert; meine Tochter war vollständig zerstochen. Anscheinend ist dieses Problem bekannt, da vor unserem Zimmer eine Flasche mir erneut besuchen werden.“

Hôtel très sympathique à taille humaine, le personnel est absolument adorable, les tarifs au sein de l’hôtel sont très très corrects (pour les repas en dehors de la demi pension et les boissons / snacks). Les repas de la demi-pension, que ce soit pour le petit déjeuner ou le dîner sont très bien ! Variés et bons, il y en a absolument pour tous les goûts et les plats du dîner changent tous les jours. 2 piscines extérieures, de nombreux transats et beds, la plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, un mini market à quelques mètres de l’hôtel également pour y acheter bouteilles d’eau ou chips etc (ou même des souvenirs). Seul petit hic : le buffet ferme tôt le soir (20h30), et il y a énormément d’allemands (les 9/10e de l’hôtel sont des allemands), donc la majorité des inscriptions sont écrites en allemand… pour les snacks, la carte est soit en allemand, soit en espagnol. Une carte en anglais au moins serait appréciable. Plusieurs hôtels portant le nom Morlans dans la rue, attention donc à bien vous rendre dans le bon en regardant le numéro sur l’adresse (sinon, le personnel vous redirigera). Il est indiqué « parking » dans l’annonce mais ce n’est pas le cas, l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’un parking privé, il faut se garer sur des parkings plus loin (souvent complets en fonction de l’heure d’arrivée, il faut être chanceux ou marcher + longtemps). Nous l’avions vu en regardant les précédents avis, mais il est important de le souligner. Globalement un très bon séjour !

Lo único que es fantástico es el personal, tanto en cafetería, recepción y limpieza.El hotel es muy viejo, la moqueta da mucho asco. Habíamos pagado media pensión pero no la pudimos utilizar por que la cena era a las 7 de la tarde, que es una hora de estar en la playa en Mallorca. Fue una gran decepción, no nos dieron solución para hacer las comidas más tarde. El desayuno fue lo único que probamos y la calidad era pésima.

Schönes, ruhiges Hotel in dritter Reihe. Strand, Bars/Restaurants und Einkaufsboulevard fussläufig erreichbar. Appartment würden wir aber nicht mehr buchen,sondern stattdessen ein normales Zimmer, da die Appartments noch nicht renoviert sind (Dusche in der Badewanne).

Mein erstes Zimmer war eine Katastrophe: laut (obwohl ich bei der Buchung und beim Check in um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten habe), ebenerdig und daher nachts keine Möglichkeit zu lüften, Heizung ließ sich nicht runterregulieren und es waren an die 30 grad in dem Zimmer, Klimaanlage defekt, Zimmer insgesamt total abgewohnt. Finde es unverschämt, so ein Zimmer überhaupt zu vermieten. Am nächsten Tag habe ich ein anderes, wesentlich besseres Zimmer bekommen, wo alles funktionierte. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern gut, habe allerdings als Austauschhandtuch ein komplett feuchtes Handtuch erhalten. Frühstück: Basics sind da, immer dasselbe. Frühstück geht von 8-10 Uhr, aber gegen 9:15 sind viele Sachen schon leer und werden dann kaum wieder aufgefüllt. Abendessen: beginnt leider erst um 19 Uhr und endet um 20:30 Uhr. Besser als das Frühstück. 1-2 Fischgerichte, 2 Fleischgerichte und ein Nudelgericht. Kleines Salatbuffet, recht viele Nachtische. Teller alle schmierig bis richtig dreckig, Salz- und Pfefferstreuer alle klebrig.

Das Personal war immer freundlich, vorallem Juan war immer total motiviert und überaus freundlich. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer war etwas älter und hat schon ein paar Jahre hintersich, jedoch war es für uns in Ordnung so. Was uns wichtig war, ist dass es sauber ist und dass war es auch. Ausserdem hat es eine Klimaanlage und einen Tresor. Den Tresor konnte man zu einem kleinen aufpreis nutzen. Per E-Mail haben wir das Hotel angefragt uns ein Doppelbett zu stellen und uns einen Fluhhafentransfer zu organisieren dies hat auch reibungslos funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbuffet verfügte über eine grosse Auswahl von Früchten, Eierspeisen, Brot und Süssspeisen und vieles mehr. Das Hotel ist nahe am Boulevard, dem Strand und der Bushaltestelle ca. 3-4 Minuten zu Fuss. So ist man schnell in der belebten Gegend, kann sich aber auch wieder gut zurückziehen. Es gibt in der nähe einen grossen kostenfreien Parkplatz (ca.5 min.) zu Fuss. Das Hotel selbst jedoch hatte keine Parkmöglichkeiten.
