The hot water was not working the 3 days we stayed there. Cleanliness was 6/10. WiFi was ok. I expected them to at least reimburse part of our stay or offer us some sort compensation but said they couldn’t.

I have been coming to this hotel for the last 10 years. But this year it seems nobody care about the custoner, air conditioner is not working, internet very poor connection, to get hot water need to wait for 20 min, 2 towels, tv not set up...etc, etc. This is my last time at this place, next time rather to pay more and get what i deserve as a loyal client. I do npt like to review places but sometime it to be review to get the owner attention

The hotel is well situated but you can tell it’s a bit old by the elevator that sounds like it has a tough time opening and closing. The bed isn’t the best since the mattress has dips in many areas so they should probably change those. The gym has a pretty good amount of equipment and the staff is really nice all except for the staff that handles the breakfast, the guy didn’t seem like he event wanted to be there and asked me 2 times for how I wanted my eggs and still came out with the wrong order. Lastly they said there was hot water but there definitely wasn’t after many attempts I gave up and the water pressure is horrific. Honestly not the worst but I’m sure you can find better places around the same cost.

Run from this hotel

First time staying at this hotel, was given a key to room XXX walked in. There was a man there went downstairs was given another key to XXX walked in. There was a man leaving the bathroom as I walked in. Finally I got into the room. The cable did not work. Had to call. Try to take a shower. No hot water was told it was fixed. Try to take a shower again still no hot water. The front desk went downstairs. Informed me that it had been fixed, but in actuality, it is a problem for the hotel it was it some thing that’s been broken for a while that they have not fixed so they were lying to me at the front desk. I will never ever stay again in cosmos, I plan on making a request for partial repayment for the quality of the stay that I had
