Nice and Fresh

A new fresh hotel. Actually so new that it is not 100% ready. Some small things still needs to be fixed. Nice view and was a really nice visit. If you do not like stairs this is the only downside. It is stairs everywhere. No escalator but a lot of stairs. Gave me a good workout ;-) Close to a big shopping center.

Nada recomendable

La ubicacion es bastante solitaria y desconfiable, a la entrada solo dice entre por parqueadero, no hay nadie pendiente de la puerta o de quien entra. En recepcion no encontraban la reserva, el aseo en piscina y habitacion malo, la piscina parecia tener sangre en el piso alrededor de la piscina y las sillas con cojines manchados. En la habitacion no habian dejado papel higienico ni toallas, ademas las almohadas se veian sucias y la cama incomoda muy sin forma el colchon. Entre habitaciones se escucha todo

No tiene ascensores y son muchas escalas. Si se lleva equipaje grande y pesado no lo recomiendo. En la habitación no había toalla limpia ni elementos de aseo. Encontré un cabello largo en la sabana y la televisión solo tenía canales nacionales

El Hotel no es muy agradable. La habitacion no tenia buena insonorización y se podía escuchar a las personas que hablaban afuera. Cuenta con parqueadero pero solo caben 3 carros y nos tocó dejarlo en una calle al frente del hotel. No lo recomiendo

La oferta en cuanto a desayuno se limita a café y huevos.Habitacion limpia, pero no las zonas comunes lamentablemente.Buen wifi, personal amable y la ducha tiene agua caliente

Tiene una excelente ubicación y unas instalaciones decentes. Hay un grave problema y es que a pesar de que los empleados tienen un excelente nivel de servicio, hacen mucho ruido. Yo estuve un fin de semana y todo el tiempo gritaban y hablaban fuerte entre ellos, inclusive el domingo desde las 6 de la mañana de un piso a otro lo cual se escuchaba en las habitaciones y nos despertó. El domingo a las 10am no tuvieron ningún problema en hacer arreglos con taladro en la habitación continua a la mía lo cual fue muy molesto. Si uno quiere descansar es muy difícil lograrlo en este hotel

I found the place had too many stairs inside, on top of the fact that the building was in a slope. I liked the location but have to admit, guests need to be fit to reach the building by foot.
