General overview

The hotel served the purpose for my travel. Taking into account the price, I would say that it was value for the money. I had a quiet room in the basement, however no window. The cleanliness met my expectations and the personnel did they best to serve you although they needed a mobile phone transcription for communicating in English. On the first day I had to ask for hangers and a hair dryer but these were then provided. The air conditioning was functioning well. The location is very convenient if you are attending a meeting in Centro Pacifico. There is bakery around the corner and a mall in 10 minutes walking distance. I found the security level of the hotel sufficient. The internet connection was fairly stable. The breakfast was simple but taking into account the overall price of the accommodation it was ok. I was positively surprised to have a small fridge in my room. It was a pity that I did not have more time to get to know the town itself due to the hectic work schedule.

I loved the place. The only thing was the air conditioning did not properly. Other than that, I loved it.

They need to have better service with toth paste. Soap they charge the teléfon don’t work They can better for the price I paid also the shower don’t have the shower head just a plain pipe. I have to ask for towels few times before they brought it to me . For the price I paid the hotel is not what I expected You have to ask for soap.they sale the toothpaste They don’t provide champú stuff what normally other hotel’s provides

Me emocioné, pues tienen un aviso de "reutilización" de toallas, pero aunque cumpli con lo requerido, vi que la cambiaron, además no hay un vaso en el baño para juagarse la boca, por lo tanto el desperdicio de agua es grande, la ducha no existía y la corredera de la puerta esta trabada

Los cuartos muy mal olientes llenos de humedad, nada que ver con las pocas imágenes publicadas, nos llevaron a otro hotel por que era imposible el olor. El Parqueadero era abierto y no se notaba muy seguro… no parecía para un viaje familiar si no en pareja… no es un hotel para el precio cobrado
