Room service was super fast which was great! Parking was easy and the location is very convenient. The only downside was there was no option to use streaming services on the TVs. Good ol' fashioned cable. The rooms we booked said they were pet friendly. When we got there, the other group we were traveling with had to downgrade their room because the other room was too fancy. After calling the head office they were moved to the initial room we booked. Frustrating that it was not clearly indicated on Expedia that only specific rooms were pet friendly.

The room was a nice size and clean. Every staff member was wonderful. The only thing we would like to pass your way is that, even though each bed had 4 pillows, they all seemed to be hard on our necks when we laid down for the night. Maybe having different types of pillows...soft, medium, hard...would provide those wishing to stay at your Sandman Hotel and Suites in Calgary South with additional choices when it comes to comfort when trying to sleep.
