We stay here every year before our flights to our cruise port. They offer parking stays and free shuttle to the airport which is great! The staff is always friendly, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the restaurant has good food.

This is a beautiful hotel - it is very clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the pillows were awful. Our party of 4 (two rooms), all agreed that we couldn't sleep because the pillows were so uncomfortable. An upgrade is definitely necessary.

The shuttle driver made an extra trip to the airport to pick up myself and my toddler so that I didn’t have to wait an extra 30 minutes at the airport. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was also upgraded on arrival. Overall we were treated extremely well and it made an unplanned overnight in Calgary a wonderful experience.

Very nice upscale quiet rooms, and extremely helpful and courteous staff. We had to overnight here after flight home got cancelled. They issued free buffet breakfasts for all 5 of us & also covered the cost of the taxi back to the airport the next day. Can't say enough good things about the 2 guys that manned the front desk, night mgr and day mgr - bless you both
