I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. My stay at the Museum Pyramids Inn was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the pyramids that are just a stone’s throw away. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. In particular, Eslam was amazing—extremely friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. His dedication truly enhanced my stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, blending modern amenities with authentic charm. A key highlight of my stay was the private tour guide, Amir. His knowledge and expertise about the city and its rich history were exceptional. Amir’s guidance made exploring Giza and the surrounding areas a truly enriching experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and would definitely use his services again. I never write reviews, but I had to write for this one. Hands down best experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. The staff is awesome, the decorating is on pointttt, and the owner is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. They have a roof top restaurant with a view on the pyramids the restaurant setting is easily a 5 star setup, and id rate the food a solid 10/10 too! Def coming back here

The shower handle came off and they could not get the hot water to work until the next day. First night I had to take a cold shower and my friend had to walk to a private shower by the restaurant and walk out in her nightgown in front of all the people in the hotel. The free breakfast was really basic but the view was nice but they don’t have a working air conditioning in the restaurant so it was really hot to eat there. It was a nice room and the bed was good but we had to go get hangers for the closet and hairdryer at the front desk. They can set up airport car service so that was good.

the 1st room i was given was NOT the room i booked. i reserved an Elite Room with Jacuzzi and Pyramids View. the one they gave me had neither - it was the smallest and cheapest room they had. i did not accept. luckily i had a picture of my booking and threatened to leave. "Magically" someone had left early that day. their room was being cleaned; it was similar to the one i had booked. i accepted it based on their promise to move me into the proper room the following day. as far as i'm concerned, they should have or ought to have declined my reservation because they knew well in advance ( booked mid January for possession mid Feb ) that they had NO room available at check-in. the 2nd room had a view and a jacuzzi ( which had a back panel missing and the front was detached from the top ). not very enticing to look at nor use. the electrical sockets were missing covers and were wobbly - didn't use because i was afraid of electrocution. in any event, i was moved into the proper paid for accommodation the next day. there was an issue with the curtains. i was told that someone would repair them the next day. i used some chairs and fixed them. 2 days passed but no one came. the staff was eager to help but follow thru was lacking. on 2 consecutive days i had to ask for towels because either housekeeping forgot to replace them or had none available at the time they cleaned up. the hotel is located fairly close to the GEM and pyramid complex but it also abuts 2 major busy and noisy str

Un accueil correct. Personnel a l'écoute malgré la barrière de la langue (on ne parle pas bien anglais et eux pas du tout français) mais un effort à été fait des deux côtés. Une mention spéciale pour la serveuse du Savora restaurant (👏👏👏). On a réservé une chambre quadruple Prenium avec balcon vue côte cour Chambre pas très propre à notre arrivée mais le nettoyage a été fait des le lendemain. Un petit rafraîchissement est nécessaire( porte savon et porte gobelet cassés, peinture défraîchie, câble apparent, fauteuil cassé) sinon les lits sont confortables et la chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner correct dommage qu'on ne pouvait pas avoir café et jus d'orange une seule boisson au choix par personne. On nous a organisé des visites correct dans l'ensemble.
