We had a wonderful stay at Pyramid Edge Hotel. The family room was very good. Staffs were very helpful and the breakfast rooftop was very good with good view of the great pyramids.
Our pyramid view to with Jacuzzi was fabulous. They always had a to go breakfast if needed. It would be better if breakfast started at 730 because to go breakfast gets a bit boring. Couldn't beat the location and staff was helpful and friendly
Had great time, felt safe , staff very helpful and thoughtful , clean enough , great location

This trip was a commemorative trip for my husband after his retirement, and with a spectacular location with the pyramids right in front of us, it was a wonderful and unforgettable trip.
Excellent location in Giza, great service and the service it’s an A+. The restaurant got a an excellent view to the Pyramids. Glad with all the hotel staff. Recommended for less than a week not more.
Pyramid View Room , staff was very polite and friendly , loved the roof top breakfast with the pyramid view , Clean Room , bathroom needs maintenance, one shower didnt work and the other was barely functioning
Very loud area but that’s what you will get staying near the pyramids. Easy to find. Big rooms, large showers (but they squirt everywhere but down), staff ate very helpful. We had trouble booking an uber to the airport as Ubers lie and say they can ’t go there (they can), so one of the ladies ordered a car for us and it was cheaper (by half) than uber would have been. Great view of the pyramids. Had some issues with the restaurant as no one knew when it was supposed to open. Was told 4pm then went to order at 4pm then told no 8pm, however the day prior we ate food at 6:30pm.

Great place with a killer view of the Pyramids of Giza (if you manage to get the pyramid view rooms). Rooms were decently clean, shower had curtain blinds which were in poor state. Taking a shower was awkward, considering there is a clear window looking out and the blinds are broken. We just hung towels to block the window. Rest was good. A short 5 mins walk from the entrance gate to the pyramids.

The view from the rooftop terrace is unsurpassed. You won’t get that view from the posh hotel in the city centre. This is a quaint, boutique hotel, right down the street from the sphinx and the pyramids. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but simple. If you come to Egypt to experience culture and to soak in the views, this is the place to do it. You get a front row seat to the pyramids light and sound show every night. The staff are very helpful and amiable. The food is amazing. Highly recommend for the frugal traveller. A
We especially booked this hotel and the executive suite so we would have a view over the pyramids. We couldn’t complain! Beautiful view from the bath. Room is big and cozy.
The staff is nice however I don’t recommend counting on eating at their restaurant. When we arrived I asked if we could pay for lunch, I ordered the food, only to be told 30 mins later that the chef hadn’t arrive. No lunch for us then! The staff could have simply told us when we first arrived that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate us for lunch. Breakfast is also very basic.
The location is very close to the exit of the pyramids. It’s on a busy road but we didn’t hear a lot of noise at night. However during the day expect the chaos that is Cairo traffic!
Overall, we enjoyed our short stay, especially for the view.

I was met by pleasant staff who showed me to my room. I requested to be moved as I did not like the look/condition of the initial room. It seemed very dark and I felt cramped in the bathroom. I had already stayed at this hotel in 2021 and the condition was a lot better back then. It has clearly not been painted since then and it definitely needs new decor and the rooms could use some updating, but overall the stay was a great one. Breakfast on the roof was amazing, having your breakfast while looking at the pyramids in the morning was one of the best moments of my stay. Overall the stay was pleasant, I'm just not 100% sure I'd stay there again.
Check-in was wonderful. The restaurant and people there at the rooftop were also wonderful.
Room was so-so. It was “clean” overall but we were unable to use the jacuzzi because of how dirty and full of bugs it was(I have photos and videos). Walls and ceiling were also dirty.
The front desk, not a good experience either.
They overcharged me by $200 for the tours I arranged with them and refused to refund me(even with written proof and arguing for 3hrs the night before we left). I now have to go through my bank to stop payment.
One driver they hired for a tour almost killed me and my wife. He came to a dead stop in the middle of a highway(for at least 30 seconds) and then left us in the car on the side of the road because he lost his phone.
Checked in and toliet seat was broken, shower didn't work (no pressure)
Went out for dinner and came back to a hot glue gun plugged in next to my bed, and the toliet seat "fixed"
An hour later worker entered room without knocking to retrieve the glue gun.
View was great, services were not
Super friendly staff! Every single one of them was so friendly and helpful.
The place is nice but it’s very, very loud outside. We didn’t mind, but I don’t recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax. It’s conveniently close to a lot of stores in walking distance 🙂 Also, incredible view of the pyramids!! They’re literally right in front.
It’s About 10 minutes walk to pyramids. Nice pyramid view from the rooftop. Hot water and clean room. Places to eat near by. Overall nice place. Would stay here again. It’s about 1hr drive from Cairo airport.
Pyramid Edge is in a great location for access to the pyramid plateau which is only 250m away.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was great. There is a roof terrace where you can sit and view the pyramids. It feels like you can reach out and touch them!
