Great location and amazing staff. They are friendly and very good. The room was great, much larger than I expected. The shower is really nice too after a day of running around Cairo. The staff is fluent in English and really helpful.

The breakfast was really , good with a variety of local dishes that I probably wouldn’t have tried, but enjoyed it all. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would really recommend the 2 day tour of Cairo arranged by the hotel for us, the tour guide was great and shared some great knowledge with us.

What stood out for me was the care we were surrounded by. The manager Amr was exceeding my expectations by far. That made me feel safe. Not only organized trips for us at affordable prices but he also checked on us with the tour guides he hired.

I had limited mobility duri g out stay. The staff went out of their way to be helpful: moved room to lowest level and provided a wheelchair and assistance. The lobby is lovely but even in better circumstances, would have been a challenge with many steps and no railings. The hotel is very convenient to the Grand Egyptian Museum but nearly an hour from CAI.

Hotel was in a fairly run down area but close to both the GEM and the pyramids so quite conveniently situated. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful, offering to book taxis and tours if required. The room was fairly basic but perfectly functional annd comfortable and always kept very clean. Breakfast was a cold buffet affair but again very well presented, there is no restaurant on site and we didn’t try the neighbouring rooftop restaurant. There are good restaurants in the Marriott across the road and a couple of local ones that were pretty good (Grand Pharo and Temple Restaurant)

Nice warm people who really do their utmost to make your stay as a guest as nice as possible. In close proximity of the Giza Plateau and the GEM and with several dining options in the vicinity. I will never forget the special Newyears eve with the special buffet and dancers and the joy we had with the staff. The breakfast was fantastic. Healthy and delicious options. The 2 bedroom unit was dated and lacked good lighting. The sheets on the beds were pilled, but clean. With a few minor tweaks this could be a very nice stay. The price was good, and the convenience to the pyramids was appreciated. Overall, the hotel did the job and the people working there were fantastic.
