At first they claimed that I haven´t paid with my credit card via hotel.com so they charched me twice. And he refused to give me my money back even when I showed him the action on my bank account.

THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL DID NOT RESPECT YOUR RESERVATION. HE DID NOT ALLOW M,E TO HAVE A ROOM UNLESS I PAY IN CASH ANEW. I CANCELED MY RESERVATION AS THE HOTEL LOOKS SHABBY AND THE RECEPTIONIST IS DISRESPECTFUL. I ASKED YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID. UNFORTUNATELY YOUR RESPONSE IS NEGATIVE.
