Only some of staff was good like receptionist , the manger was so rude and asked me to pay more than the price in Expedia , the hotel not deserve that amount , There's something under construction made a lot of noise around the hotel , room was a small , in front of the hotel there are garbage

was everything okay? Not acceptable was water problem no water cold hot water is very very hot. What was nice cleaning was okay my room is balcony door was broke. I asked many times. Repair it but not taking any serious. Ask hot cold water. Repair it now taking the scene. No we need to be the customer service rubbish and they charge me more money than was agreed 95.

Von Concierge belästigt, laut, dreckig, kalt

Das ist das erste Mal, das ich eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben muss. Aufgrunddessen, dass ich mehrmals Zimmer wechseln musste, habe ich insgesamt 4 Zimmer erlebt. Die guten Dinge sind das gute Frühstück und die Nähe zu den Pyramiden. ABER: - In Zimmer 1 sprang ein Rohr auseinander, sobald ich das Waschbecken nutzte. Ich gab sofort Bescheid; dennoch war auch dann niemand da, als das Wasser das Bett und den Außenflur erreichte. - In Zimmer 2 gab es kein Licht. - In allen Zimmern war es sehr schwierig, eine funktionierende Steckdose zu finden. - Das Internet funktionierte in keinem der Zimmer; auch nicht in der Rezeption oder im Frühstücksraum. - Zimmer 3 war eindeutig nicht geputzt. - 3 von 4 Balkontüren waren kaputt --> eiskalt (im Februar). - Zimmer sind straßenseitig --> extremer Verkehrslärm, die ganze Nacht über - Ich hatte nichts zu tragen und bat auch deswegen immer, ohne Concierge gehen zu dürfen. Nichtsdestotrotz ging er mir stets nach, nur um zu sagen "Money me". Am erschreckendsten war aber die letzte Nacht, in der ich um 2 ankam und um 6 wieder gehen musste, also einfach nur ins Bett wollte. Ich war am Einschlafen, als es an der Tür klopfte. Ich öffnete sie einen Spalt, er drang in mein dunkles Zimmer ein (ich war eindeutig im Pyjama), setzte sich auf mein Bett & drehte den Fernseher auf. Es dauerte Minuten, bis ich ihn aus meinem Zimmer brachte, während er "Money me" (diesmal erfolglos) vor sich hinstammelte.

I checked in June 1st and checked out June 1st. Pictures on Expedia are not accurate. Very old and very tiny room. When we pulled up it looked closed and they gave my wife and I a twin size bed. We booked for a king. Shower didn’t work, flies everywhere. We ended up going to Sheraton Cairo Hotel and Casino. So save your money on this hotel and just spend the money on Sheraton. Also they said they will refund me the other two days I didn’t stay and no word from them yet.

Not clean, dusty, poor service, poor food, staff want money all the time, flys all over the restaurant area, very old furniture and carpet, old fridge, phone doesn’t work, water mixer and plumbing are in terrible condition. Not worth the money. Whole property needs to be renovated asap

Séjour au Caire magnifique avec hôtel vu sur une pyramide Hôtel avec une piscine qui ferme à 15h alors qu'il fait plus de 40 dehors et que j ai payé 3 nuits. Please be aware they are scam don’t go there hotel full of scammers and the hotel is so dirty . they using app like Expedia to steal people money I got to the hotel me and my wife and the hotel didn’t like the fact we get the room in a good price from Expedia which know I know why because Expedia help them to scam me . My story when I get there my and my wife they hotel people there was like you can’t stay with your wife in the same room you have to pay us for an extra room even tho when I booked the room it was for two people unfortunately that their way to scamming people then they never refunded my money and still 3 months and never refund me my money also the hotel is so dirty and in the wrest places in Egypt it’s a like two hour ride from the airport please don’t go there
