Arrived at 12-30am and night porter still able to allow us in and register later that day. Stunning location, very spacious and gorgeously appointed public areas, large begrooms. A place to breathe and relax.

Great location just outside the city with privacy, quiet and wonderful Mountain View’s. Staff was very helpful with getting information on the driving conditions on Route 40. We were there during a quiet time. A few staff did a lot of work. Grounds are very nice. Pool needed a bit of maintenance but that wasn’t important to our group of 6. Dinner was nice. Breakfast was very good. The whole place is a little older but we enjoyed the charm and the environment. There’s a large common area where one can sit for drinks or games or a rest.

Hermosisimo el lugar, el hotel, la atencion del personal y la comida que ofrecen. Nos sentimos muy bien atendidas en un lugar precioso e ideal para un buen descanso. Super recomendable para ir en familia tambien siendo que tiene un parque y pileta. Volvere a Cachi y a la Merced sin dudarlo!

Alem de todos os demais quesitos terem sido maravilhosamente bem atendidos, como limpeza, atendimento, conforto e localizacao privilegiada, gostaria de destacar a beleza do Hotel. Tanto a estrutura do prédio quanto a area exterior são belissimas. As fotos nao fazem jus. O jardim é impecavelmente bem mantido. Vale passear por ele e aprecisar seu belo jardim e vista para belas montanhas. O predio é mt bem mantido e bonito. O restaurante confortavel e agradavel. Jantamos nele um dia e a comida estava excelente e o atendimento acolhedor e eficiente. Recomendo muito. Foi uma grande surpresa em Cachi

Un endroit magique

L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé au-dessus du village. La vue sur les montagnes est magnifique. Le complexe est très bien entretenu et dispose d'une piscine, mais il n'y a malheureusement pas d'ombre. La chambre était aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux naturels. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, le dîner aussi. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit magique !

O Hotel é excelente, muito aconchegante, com estilo bem típico da região, uma propriedade estilo fazenda, com muito bom gosto e limpeza. O hotel é enorme, contém um ótimo restaurante, uma piscina, uma área externa com brinquedo infantil, área comum grande para convivência em grupos, uma torre com vista 360 graus da região e até uma linda capela ao estilo do local. A única coisa não perfeita é o acesso de uns 7 minutos por uma estrada de terra e a distância do centro, para quem está de carro não vejo problema, mas quem não estiver dificulta bastante.

Perfect location for a relaxing few days! The hotel is beautifully located among the hills of Cachi. The views from every window are stunning. The ride today to town is about 7 minutes. Service was good and the meals at the restaurant were very good. We scheduled a massage upon arrival and that was great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but bring your own toiletries. It would be great if these included lotion and better hair products. Everything else was very good.

We had 2 great days at the hotel with a with a very good service. The dinner was fantastic and the waitress “Gabriela” took care of us and made the dinner an experience!
