So ehow had the disabled room, but all ok, carpark is accessible by a car lift just next to the entrance. Convenient very short walk into the main square. Lots of good places to eat and drink

Very helpful staff. The hotel however should not be advertising facilities such as the roof top restaurant if it is in fact closed. The bar in the lobby area also looked closed.

OK - but definitely not 4 Star

We chose this hotel because the hotels.com website tells us that it has a restaurant, a bar and parking available. Of the three only the parking was provided at a cost. The bar and restaurant are closed permanently. Our room was quiet thanks to the double-double glazed windows and the beds were comfortable however the air-conditioning system was hopelessly inadequate and our room was stifling. I’d hate to stay in the summer months!! The other thing that I will never understand with so many hotels we’ve stayed in. They know they are catering for a couple - so why is there only one chair??? So - Pros and cons. Pros Parking available at a cost Close to the old town and local restaurants Good shower Blackout curtains Cons Hopeless air- conditioning Bar fridge only keeps things cool (not cold) No kettle or tea / coffee making facilities in room No toilet brush

Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, nice big bed and lovely pillows. There was a bathtub with shower and a minibar fridge. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffer had a grwat choice of hot and cold food. Easy metered parking on street nearby and a short walk to enyoy the old town and plaza mayor.

Excellent location just a 3 minute walk into the Old City. Very quiet. Anything right in the Old City would be noisy. Attached garage is very convenient. Nice lobby, elevator and extensive breakfast buffet. Friendly and informative staff. We picked the least expensive room which was large enough but a bit awkward and dated. Overall very good choice.

The location is very good. There is enough space in front of the property to load and unload your car which is a great thing. You can walk to the historical part of the city in 2 minutes. But the rooms are old, the beds eere on wheels and kept rolling away leaving a gap between. In general beds are unconfortable. The rooms are small as well, iys hard to move around. But the a/c works well. Overall not a good deal for the price.

Decepción

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y será la última. Llegamos media hora después de la hora de check in y la habitación no estaba disponible. La persona que nos atendió no tuvo el mejor de los tonos, pero esto ya es una apreciación subjetiva. Cuando accedimos a la habitación comprobamos que no se había limpiado a fondo. En la terraza había una botella de plástico con restos de tabaco y agua. El cuarto de baño había sido limpiado superficialmente con restos de suciedad en el inodoro. Y a todo lo anterior hay que añadirle el hecho de que no hay bar/restaurante disponible. No lo puntúo más bajo porque en la primera ocasión nos pareció un buen hotel.

Hotel bien ubicado en el centro de Cáceres

El punto fuerte es la ubicación, a 5-10 minutos de tiendas, Plaza Mayor y otros lugares de interés. El aparcamiento es en montacargas y cuesta 14 euros pero no lo usamos pues algo más hacia adelante encontramos sitio. La atención del personal muy buena, nos recomendaron rutas y sitios para comer, si bien no me gustó que no me contestaran a las dudas a través de Hoteles.com. En cuanto a servicios, cero. Un hotel de 4 estrellas sin servicio de restaurante ni cafetería, que hubiéramos utilizado porque llovió bastante. Un par de periódicos en la entrada, servicio de guarda equipaje y listo. La habitación correcta pero algo anticuada y sin ningún detalle (agua, un hervidor eléctrico), con pocas perchas y pocos amenities (puedes solicitar alguno más en recepción pero poca cosa). Sí tiene una nevera pequeña. El primer día una de las toallas estaba sucia, nos la cambiaron al día siguiente. El último día desayunamos y bastante bien, aunque algo caro. El hotel me parece más de 3* superior pero la ubicación merece la pena

En general todo bastante mal

En general todo bastante mal. Solo tienen 15 plazas de parking y nunca vas tener sitio. La cafetería estaba permanentemente cerrada (ni para tomar cafe). La neverita de la habitación no funcionaba. El aire “acondicionado” no enfriaba. Nos dieron una habitación que daba a un triste patio de luces de máquinas que por la noche hacía bastante ruido. Publicidad engañosa, ya que la habitacion no se asemejaba a las que ves en la web. Y para rematar la cama de 1’35, cuando en un hotel que se considera de 4* por lo menos tendría que tener camas de 1’5 minimo. Siento mucho todas las criticas pero por 100€ la noche no vale la pena. Nos defraudó muchisimo. Recomiendo que se haga una mejora, porque el hotel en sí (lo bueno) tiene una buena ubicación.

Het hotel is prima. Dicht bij het oude centrum. Het was lastig dat de straat was afgesloten wegens werkzaamheden waardoor het hotel moeilojk bereikbaar was.
