Modern room situated behind the famous El Huerto Restaurant with a queen bed, private bathroom, ceiling fan, A/C and smart TV. Aaccess to the communal pool area, within walking distance to beach (800m) and next-door to cafes and local Sodas.

Bike to the beach and practice your surfing on one of our rentals, or visit one of the local surf shops for lessons!

Pura Vida ~

Located upstairs, this modern and bright bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom with shower (hot water), ceiling fan, A/C, Wifi, smart TV and a small fridge.

Common area include a pool and outdoor shower for rinsing off. Free wifi in public areas.

PLEASE: Be conscious of water and electricity use by ensuring that lights are off anytime you leave the apartment.
There is a strict no smoking policy in the units and pets are not allowed.
Please note that there is a $100 fine should the above not be adhered to, and a 20$ fine for lost keys.

As we are a small property, quiet hours are enforced as of 8pm out of respect for other guests.

Also note that access to ATMs in Playa Grande is very limited.
