"We have a confirmed booking with them via Oyo Hotels. However, when we were about to check in, we were told that they were fully booked for the night and that we were being transferred to another accommodation. They would have declined the booking in the first place or they could have had a better coordination with the Oyo Management to ensure things like this don’t happen.
