Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is just opposite the food street and 3-5 minutes away from Subway. Both our room were xx-01, near the staff amenities area. There were pushing of laundry carts at 5am in the morning. Other than that, it was a value for $ stay

The hotel is located on a great street in Haeundae Beach. The hotel was easy to find and every thing nearby was easily accessible. Only thing is it's a older looking hotel and if you get a beach view, unfortunately theres a gigantic billboard that covers half of the beach view so you just get a sliver of the view.

Staffs are nice, location is also superb, however, the property is super old. We booked the presidential suite but was smell and soo old. AC didn’t work, electrical outlet didn’t work, light switch is detached from the wall - cables are accessible… I can go on and on. Bed frame is so dirty. I took a lot of videos but I guess I can only attach photos. The property was so old and gross.

Helpful staff and clean rooms. We had a great view to the Haeundae Beach from our room! There were some noise from the remodeling taking place but that was expected, so it wasn’t too terrible to deal with. But, there were plenty of amenities nearby so we had a nice stay.
