Good location

Comfortable bed , overall quit clean , but the bed sheet has some stain on it. Lobby is not 24 hours , it is only on 9:00am to 2:00am . We arrived at 7:30 am but the front door was locked and no staff help to open the door. There are shop “369” is near by just next to the hotel. Not suitable for single women to stay in hotel. Not suitable for family with kids. GS25 convenient store nearby. Lotte mall is about 5mins walk. Metro train station exit 9 is about 5 mins walk.

Not the area I expected it to be. The hotel its self was nice and quiet. But the area and easy of getting there from the airport was a little tricky. The place was quiet and nice especially for the price. The easy of getting onand offthe subway was also great!

初めての宿泊ですがスタッフさんも日本語が出来る方が多くてとても助かりました。デリバリーも快く引き受けてくださり感謝です。 1階に冷凍庫もありキムチを持って帰るのに保冷剤を入れられるのでとても便利でした。 駅近の割に静かで何処に行くのも便利でした。 又釜山に行く際は利用したいと思うホテルです。ありがとうございました。

スタッフはとても親切です。日本語でチェックインを進めてくれて、客室の利用案内も日本語の紙でくれました。 エレベーターで客室のあるフロアに出ると、ものすごい湿度を感じました。部屋のクーラーはついておらず、ベッドシーツも湿気を含んでベタベタしていました。 壁は薄く他の客室の音や、水を流す音がよく聞こえます。

皆さんの評価を見て、このホテルを予約することにしました。期待が高かったのですが、初日にがっかりしました。窓がないせいか、階の廊下がじめじめしてました。部屋の寝具が汚れていて、枕ごとに黄色くべたべたして頭皮の匂いがします。吐き気がして、フロントに電話しました。深夜の関係で、フロントに一人しかいないので、スタッフ素早く他の寝具を持ってきましたが、同じにおいがします（スタッフは昼の清掃員が他の柔軟剤を使っているようで、べとべとべとしてると説明してくれました）、その日は比較的綺麗な布団カバーをベッドカバーにして、持ってきたきれいなタオルで枕の中を覆ってやっと一晩を過ごしました(完全によく眠れませんでした)。幸い、翌日はきれいな寝具に交換してくれました。ホテルの周辺には飲食が多く、ロッテデパートもあり、地下鉄駅も遠くないので、移動やショッピングが便利です。スタッフの態度はとても良かったです。

駅から近く、出口にエスカレーターあるのでスーツケースの移動が楽でした。　ホテルは、建物は古いかもしれませんがシンプルな内装で清潔感あります。ただ、コップが紙コップしか置いてないので持参した方がいいかもです。部屋に洋服のシワや乾かすマシーンが備え付けてあったのでタオルや洋服の匂いとりに使いました。ありがたい。

令人失望的住宿體驗

房間非常小，3個人住真的非常擁擠，衣櫃裡面都是灰塵，浴室沒有乾濕分離，也沒有大浴巾，很像賓館….很不舒適。 價格上是便宜，位置在巷弄裡，離樂天百貨很近，走路大概5分鐘，但是如果要逛樂天超市要走15分鐘。

Calidad precio inmejorable

Ubicación buena en el barrio de Semyeong. La calle tiene varios antros pero no es una zona problemática. Dispone de un armario inteligente para poder planchar y desodorizar la ropa. La mujer de recepción nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos y pudimos quedarnos más tarde de la hora de checkout por un módico precio.

혼자 여행할때 머물기 좋은 숙소

서면 쪽에 위치해있어서 이동하기 편했고, 프론트 직원분들도 모두 친절하셔서 좋았어요. 아쉬운 점은 기본 제공되는 어메니티(샴푸,린스,바디워시)가 거품이 많이 나는 편이 아닌데 양도 적어서, 2명이서 가면 모자랄거같아요. 머리 긴 분들은 샴푸는 따로 챙겨가는게 좋지 않을까 싶습니다. 에어컨이,조명 리모컨이 잘 작동되지 않아서 조금 불편하긴 했어요. 온수는 잘 나오는데 단점이라면 온도 조절이 힘들어서 너무 뜨겁거나, 차갑거나, 적당한 온도 맞추기가 좀 힘들었던 것 같아요. 그 외에는 깔끔하고 조용하고, 교통 편리하고 좋았습니다.
