It is a decent hotel at a quiet part of Busan. The room is decent size with a lot of convenience stores around . Near the subway station - so easy to travel . Near to 2 shopping centre n Bexco Convention Centre

Very clean and nice. Getting there was hard because my taxi driver couldn’t find the address. Used the laundry area and that was really convenient. The dryer machine is so strong. Elevators move so slowly that you’re not quite sure if it’s moving. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

I came back here with my spouse as I enjoyed sinple but very delicious brunch, spacious room with a view and even coin laundry has iproved since few years ago when I visited here. I would recommend this hotel to all...exclusive department stores (Sinsegae, Lotte) are 5 minute walk and subway leads to the department store. Overall, this hotel brings back peasant memories and I am doing it again here in Busan. Thank you!

Kind and super clean

Staff was very friendly. She kindly upgraded my room. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy - pillow and blanket were comfy, clean, no odor (some hotels pillow smells bad but here it was very clean and no smell what so ever). Good value for the money i spent!

It's a nice and clean hotel which is pretty close to metro station, the river, and many cafes. The room I was staying in was spacious with a big window and comfortable bed. The shower room was nice and clean. It had soap and conditioner but for some reason had no shampoo (maybe they just forgot about it..?) Breakfast had convenient hours and was available until 10am so unlike other hotels, we didn't have to get up super early just to have some food. The breakfast options were standard and pretty good. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend staying in this hotel.

Hotel with no direct reception phone access

Well to start with the hotel is overall price, quality, location balance. Yet there are several shortcomings. First of all the building is managed by different brands and therefore you need to find your reception. That’s being said, the phone in the room connects to another reception who neither helps you nor connects your to your reception reception. There is a local number to call. This puts you in an awkward situation if you don’t have a local number which seems to be quite hard if your don’t have a residence permit. The people in the reception doesn’t seem to be eager to help you. That Is a bit frustrating. The gym is well equipped but there is no water fountain. And strange enough it has operating hours starting from 6AM. It’s a bit strange for an unattended gym. Moreover, don’t fall into the pool trick. The pool is indoor but only open during July and August. That is also very strange but okay. Besides all, rooms were comfortable. A bit small but still nice. House keeping was a bit sloppy. All and all, if your are on budget, your can still proffer this one.
