Bad hotel experience in Bursa
The booking we made was for 1 double and 3 single beds. The manager gave us 1 double and 2 single. No toiletries such as soap and shampoo. Damp conditions and bathroom was in need of repair. Flush was working terribly bad. The curtains was not fixed so the street light was entering the room and sleeping became an ordeal . For a 300 lira room it was only worth 50 lira. overcharged and under worth.

Merhaba altıncı ayın 9 da hotels. Com dan Torun hotel den yer ayirtmistim 7 ci ayın 27 ne ödemem filan yapılmıştı ayın 27 otele giriş yapmak için gittiğimizde malesef bize yer ayirmamislar nedeni ödeme almadık diye malesef ki 6 ci ayın 11 ödeme yapıldığına rağmen bankada bilgi var malesef ödediğimiz halde oda yoktu bizi geçici olarak 5 kişilik bir aile olarak 1 tane iki kişilik yatak ve 1 kişilik yatak verdiler 2 kişilik yatağa 4 kişi yattık oda les gibi sigara kokuyor sesler deseniz ayrı bir dert gece 11 giriş yaptık sabah 8 çıkış yaptık çünkü verilen söz tutulmadı malesef paramız da gitti hiç kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum büyük bir hayal kırıklığına uğradık hoels. Com dan tavsiyem böylesi yerleri sitelerinden satış yapmasınlar ve ricam ödenen paraları iadesini istiyoruz tesekkurler

Отель ниже среднего, скромные однотипные завтраки, прокуренные номера, но при этом уборка (чистка коврика и замена полотенца) каждый день. Персонал не говорит на английском, только турецкий. Расположение отеля и цена за номер просто супер. Масса достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности!!!!

This is a (relatively) budget hotel, so no frills attached although prices seem higher in Turkey these days than in the past. It was good for me, exactly what I was looking for regarding location The taxi could not find it, but once there it was easy to come and go. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to be near the centre of Bursa/ Ulu Camii, with a helpful staff and does not need or want 5 star. I would return here if the occasion came.

old hotel. Not really worth for the price. you can hear what happen in the next room. The lift goes up to 3rd floor. You have to take up the baggage to 4th floor. The facilities in the rooms on the 4th floor are substandard.

Otel dolu dediler beni içeriye almadılar!
Otele rezervasyon yaptırıp ödememiş yaptım. Gece geç saatlerinde otele gittim. Otele vardığımda otelin dolu olduğunu, rezervasyonların geçersin olduğunu sistemin hatalı olduğunu söyleyip otelin kapısından dahi içeriye giremeden ayrılmak zorunda kaldım. Gece saatlerinde hemen hemen 20 otel gezdim ancak hepsi dolu olduğu için arabayı petrol ofisine çekip geceyi üşüyerek geçirmek zorunda kaldım. Bu maduriyetimi hotels.com'u arayarak dile getirecektim ki saat 09-22 arasında hizmet verdikleri bir telesekreter çıktı. Yani 11 de otelde sorun yaşasanız rezervasyon yaptırdığınız şirkete ulaşamıyorsunuz anlamına geliyor. Ertesi gün hotels.com'u arayıp durumu bildirdim. Bana para iadesinin yapılacağını söylediler. Geceyi nerede geçirdim, madur mu oldum, telafisi var mı yok mu hiiiiç kimsenin umrunda değildi. Bu basit bir maduriyet değil. Bir daha asla ve asla acentanızı kullanmam!
