Fiyat/performans oteli ama temizlik şart

Otelin konumu merkezde , kahvaltısı son derece teniz ve hijyenik aynı zamanda pişi ve yumurtalı ekmekleri çok lezzetli ancak oda temizliği iyi değil, özellikle mobilya, yatak köşeleri , giysi gözleri çok tozluydu. Resepsiyon ve mutfak personeli son derece saygılı ve çözüm odaklıydı. Ancak oda temizliği konusunda daha dikkatli olmalılar.

Ören, deniz, kum çok güzel, şezlong, şemsiye yok.

3 gece konakladım. Resepsiyon görevlileri Ömer bey ile Murathan bey çok nazik, saygılı, çok ilgili ve her an yardım için hazırlar. Otelin tadilata ihtiyacı var, odanın sinek teli yırtık olduğu için sinekler çok rahatsız etti. Duşakabinin kapısının yarısı yoktu. Otel ile deniz arası 150 adım. Denizden çıkınca oturacak yer, şezlong, şemsiye yok, otele dönmek zorundasınız. Deniz kenarında oturmak için Otel şezlong ve şemsiye koysa iyi olur. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Kumsal, deniz ve yeşil çevre Ören gerçekten çok güzel.

Immer wieder zufrieden. Die ruhige Lage und die Nähe zum Strand. Sehr sauber und freundlich. Frühstück wird serviert und ist sehr gut. Nicht so gut ist, dass die meisten Zimmer keine Balkons haben und bei den TV Programmen ist kein deutscher Sender dabei.

otelin konumu mükemmel, sabah kalkınca denizi kumsalı görmek çok güzel. Ancak otel çalışanlarında büyük sıkıntı var. Saat 14.00 da gitmemize rağmen odalar temizlenmemiş. Nerde kaldı covidden dolayı odaların dinlendirilmesi, ki bunu bu otelde beklemeyin. Çalışanlarda maskeyi hiç beklemeyin, resepsiyonundan kahvaltı servisini yapan herkes maske takmıyor ve sizin takmanızdan da rahatsız olup kendini toparlamıyor. Reines aber sehr gutes Übernachtungshotel mit tollem Frühstück. Kein Buffet aber reichlich und Angebot super. Das Hotel reizt besonders durch die direkte Strandlage am breiten Sandstrand von Ören. Anbieter für Liegen, Schirme und Verpflegung sind gut und günstig am Strand zu haben. ... da braucht man kein ALL IN!!!!

Personelin biraz güler yüze ihtiyacı var

Otel konum olarak Ören'in hem tam merkezinde, hem de denizin tam dibinde. Otel eski bir yapı olmasına rağmen gördüğü tadilatla oldukça iyi hale getirilmiş. Ancak personelin güler yüzlü olduğunu söylemek zor. Ailecek kaldığımız otelde ikinci bir giriş kartı talep ettiğimizde kaybedeceğimiz gerekçesiyle verilmemesi ve verdiğimiz selamların neredeyse havada kalması otelin güzel konumuna yakışmıyor. Bir diğer konu da site üzerinden rezervasyon yaparken fotoğrafları görülen teraslı odaların site üzerinden rezerve edilemeyeceği bilgisi verildi resepsiyon görevlisi tarafından. Bu konunun da aldatıcı olduğunu düşünüyorum.

The hotel was ok but no service and help. You was feeling you was alone in the building. The cleaning in the room was ok but not on the balkon or the aera around the hotel It was far from shopping so you always need a taxi or borrow a car.
