It is in a very old, classic hotel with spiral staircase, high ceilings, incredible moulding, etc. The hotel is a bit dated, but it is cool. The location is convenient for El Centro.

Good location, walkable to lots of restaurants and the Recoleta cemetery. Bag storage option available. Staff were always friendly. Is ok for short term accommodation. Facilities are old and showers are questionable. In saying that, we have stayed three times. You get what you pay for.

Room was very small, musty, and had no window. Bathroom was dated. Room in general was old and very little airflow. Poor noise insulation from hall and other rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cleaning service and repairs need improvement

Had to go down myself to retrieve soap and toiletries, dirty towels twice, a bed made like a five year old once, humidity stains, etc. Overall, the receptionists were wonderful and very helpful, the same for maintenance personnel. I must say that I left the safe opened accidentally and none of the valuables or documents were touched by cleaning person.

There was no window in the first room or working air vent in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit didn't work... so it was stuffy and awful. The door and most of the front wall are single pained glass onto a hallway. So, no real privacy and you can hear everyone that walks by. They told me maintenance would come tomorrow to fix the A/C. When no one came, they moved me to a new room (this time with a window). Then the power went out for hours. So, I booked another hotel and walked out. There are much better places in that neighborhood for about the same price.

La arquitectura del lugar muy linda, siendo arquitecto la admiré mucho, en general lo único que me disgustó fue el wifi que no funcionaba muy bien y siendo extranjero, se me dificultó mucho, además de que no ofrecían desayuno, pero del resto, nada qué decir, todo muy bien.

Gostei muito do Hotel e voltarei

Gostei muito do hotel, a localização é perfeita. Gostei da limpeza, dos atendentes. Não tem café da manhã, mas tem uma copinha que eles nos deixaram utilizar, com cafeteira elétrica, torradeira, fogão, geladeira. Esses utensílios nos ajudaram muito para fazer um café da manhã.
