"Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und daher so wie erwartet. Terrasse und Außenküche bestens und täglich genutzt. Auch Aufteilung der Räume mit den beiden Bädern ist gut und getrennt nutzbar. Die Küchenausstattung war ok, könnte aber auch umfangreicher sein. Pfannenwender hat z.b. gefehlt. Wir waren nur 2 Personen, bei 4 wird es knapp. Allerdings kann die (kleine) Spülmaschine natürlich auch im Dauerbetrieb laufen.Ein Zaun um das Anwesen würde das Sicherheitsgefühl (Hunde) verbessern....

"We had an excellent two week stay at the Club Hotel Marina Seada Beach. The hotel is very attractive with all buildings blending sympathetically into the surround pine forest. There were crickets / cicadas singing when we went which added to the ambience. The whole hotel was immaculate. "We enjoyed a week at the villa in the Budoni area. The Villa has everything that you need, great pool, fully stocked kitchen, check in process was easy, the owner is helpful, prompt and efficient and provides important information to access the property which is in a quiet and peaceful gated community.The villa is a short walk from the supermarket, local restaurants (2 great pizza places in the local village) and once you get to Spiaggi Sant'Anna you can get to many other places along the beach....
