Bon séjour

L'appartement était spacieux et confortable. Il disposait de 2 chambres, une salle de bains avec une douche et une baignoire. Il y avait aussi 2 toilettes et tout le nécessaire à la vie en appartement quand on est de passage. Il n'y avait rien à dire au niveau de la propreté. À l'arrivée, je ne me suis pas présentée avec la bonne carte, je n'ai donc pas pu avoir l'appartement directement, le contenu du mail prêtait à confusion, cela aurait pu être plus clair. Le départ est prévu pour 10h30 et en effet, à 10h35, une dame est venue toquer à la porte assez vigoureusement pour récupérer les clés. Dans l'ensemble, c'était un bon séjour.

Bel appartement

L'appart est très bien et propre. C'est l'idéal pour 5 ou 6 personnes, c'est grand, il y a tout le confort nécessaire (même 2 ventilateurs). Par contre c'est très compliqué de trouver le bureau de l'accueil, pas d'indication et rien non plus d'indiqué dans la rue. Il serait bon de fournir un plan détaillé avant d'arriver.

Short visit to Brussels

The apartment was ok, but it’s in residential building and nothing can lead us to the office. We looked for it for long time, then we called the number and we found out that it’s located far from the map. The policy to check out at 10:30AM, but the office allowed us to leave the luggage in his office where it’s located on the back road. The beds were not comfortable and even the washroom was not very nice.

1. El apartamento no está climatizado, ello hace que para sobrellevar el calor sea necesario abrir las ventanas, pero entonces es como vivir en la calle, la plaza de la Opera es muy bulliciosa (sirenas, cantantes callejeros, autobuses, gritos,…) i es como estar permanentemente en medio de la plaza. 2. Había un ventilador que no funcionaba. 3. El apartamento no dispone de cortinas opacas, a partir de las 6 de la mañana se hace de día en el interior. Tuvimos que comprar máscaras para dormir. Si a ello sumamos el ruido de la calle, entenderán que fuera difícil poder dormir 4. No funciona el extractor de humos. Mientras cocinamos se disparó el detector de humos. Enseguida acudió el personal de seguridad para averiguar qué pasaba. 5. En general toda la iluminación del apartamento es pobre, pero en el caso del baño, sólo funcionaba 1 bombilla de 4. Tuvimos que desplazar una lámpara de pie de una habitación para poder ver. 6. El grifo de la ducha pierde agua. 7. El extintor ubicado en el apartamento marca presión cero. Es cierto que no hemos reclamado, y no lo hemos hecho porque nuestro tiempo de vacaciones es muy valioso y caro. No hemos venido hasta aquí para enzarzarnos en reclamaciones y trifulcas.

The people at the check-in and check-out were nice and helpful. The location was great and the apartment was tidy and spacious. However, I and other family members got bitten several times by something in the apartment. My arms have bumps all over them. I was told I would hear back about this but I have not heard back.

Al final bien y muy centrico

Para recoger las llaves no esta bien especificado, indica que los domingos esta cerrado y tienes que llamar y el movil no contesta y el centro de recohida de llaves no indica que abren a las 14 horas, pero abren esta hora. Se tendria que indicar, porque sino es horrible cuando llegad y ves que no hay nadie y no puedes contactar. En las ventanas no hay persianas y entra la luz desde la 5 de la madrugada Pero el resto estupendo

Great location, spacious room, BUT .......

Looking at reviews, means that not all properties are the same. First the good news, the location is excellent and the rooms are spacious. However ..... The place is tired and the walls in the bedroom are grubby. There is no tea towel in the kitchen which is a shame and only two coffee sachets. No tissues either. It is VERY noisy being on a road and they hadn't thought about double glazing. Might get chilly in the winter. The bathroom is ancient and a bit dingy, with some mouldy woodwork. Checkin (not at the premises, but close) was OK once we found it but it is an uninspiring walk up which looks like it used to be a small shop in a former life. A washing machine would have been a nice touch as would a safe have been - isn't a safe a standard feature these days? WIFI is flaky, slow and drops out. Tried to add photos and got this message "We didn’t get all of your photos. Feel free to reload these images or submit your review.". Case closed your honour! Lastly the curtains in the bedroom. Blackout? No. Sun is up these days at 4:00 ish and not dark till 10:00 and street lights on all night.

Very poor!

While the property itself was pleasant enough, there were extensive roadworks immediately outside the property which had been going on for months and made it impossible to arrive at the property and unload our vehicle. Given I had been at the 'check in office' a block away just minutes before and informed them we had a car, you would think they might have said there were roadworks which meant we couldn't drive down the street or even get close to the property. Had we been informed, we would have returned the hire car and taken a cab. In addition, the noise from the roadworks which started at 6am made it difficult to sleep and really impacted our quiet enjoyment of the property. Very poor service. Very poor management. Stay somewhere else!

Beaucoup beaucoup trop bruyant.

Accueil très sympa. Appartement immense et propre. Pas de toute première fraîcheur mais ça passe. PAR CONTRE, un bruit infernal si appartement donne sur la rue. ET ce ne sont pas les travaux mais le trafic h24. Aucune isolation des fenêtres !!!! Franchement dommage. A éviter pour cela.

Χρεωθηκα επιπλεον επειδη πηγα μετα τις 22:00. Δε μπορουσα να το βρω, η ρεσεπσιον ηταν αλλου και δεν ηταν κανεις μεσα ξαναπηγα στην εισοδο, πηρα τηλ και τοτε μου ειπαν οτι ειναι εκει. Αφου τοση ωρα κουβαλουσα τη βαλιτσα, χρεωθηκα και απο πανω....

鍵を自分で取りにいくレセプション（アパートとは別の場所）が分かりにくい。電話してやっとわかったが、その場所の地図を示したものが必要だと思う。部屋はよかったが、建物周囲が工事中で地下駐車場からしか入れない時間帯があるとか、もし英語やフランス語がわからなかったらいろいろ困ることになるだろうなと思いました。

Spacious and well equipped

Conveniently located. Noise from the street and nearby pubs might be a bit of a bother but otherwise highly recommended.
