Arrival - plenty of noisy guest workers in lobby. Very unfriendly guy at the reception - playing with his phone while making check-in. Corridor- smell of Indian take away on the floor. Room - rather clean, but broken window, impossible to close it, not funny in November. Couldn’t sleep in this hotel.

The is not a hotel

The room is horrible the electricity plug are broken droppings out of the walls not safe to plug nothing in there. Room is dark, there is no mirror in the bathroom the shower is broken, the room is not properly cleaned some spot full of dust. There is no sign to put at the dor like do not disturb simple and basic

Fantastic location

The lobby, the room, the corridors, the lift were all very clean but there were a few cigarette buts on the balcony. I could not access the Internet in my room but it worked very well in the lobby where there is plenty of space to sit comfortably at one of the small tables. Television didn't work in my room either. Apparently this was a temporary problem because the channels had to be readjusted and further work needed to be done. Location is superb, in a cute square with a water feature, flowers, cafés and restaurants. Close to the centre of town, to the Eurostar terminal and multi-ethnic shops.

Špína, Nebezpečná čtvrť Bruselu, ne ne ne ne !

Pár hodin po příjezdu jsem musel opustit hotel ! Rozbitá postel, špína, nefunkční sprcha, bez klimatizace, pokoj bez vybavení , funkční pouze jedo malé světlo na celý pokoj, hlučný hotel, nebezpečná čtvrť brusellu v sousedství s africkým ghettem, nedoporučuje se po setmění vycházet. Hnus.. nikdy více !

Awful but cheap

This hotel was extremely cheap for the centre of Brussels and I'm afraid it shows. The phrase 'you only get what you pay for' has never been more true. The rooms were very dirty, and the noise from locals staying in the hotel was crazy. There is no air conditioning in the room so if you're planning on staying in the summer months then I would strongly reconsider. The room was less than £50 a night so if you're not bothered about cleanliness and noise level then this room maybe for you. I would highly recommend staying at easy hotel in Brussels which is a very similar price however the stay is much more comfortable and clean. In summary I should of spent more on my hotel.

La habitación estaba sucia y llena de chinches que nos picaron, la TV no funcionaba, la puerta del balcón estaba rota y no se cerraba por lo que entraba mucha corriente, no había (o no encontramos) el regulador de temperatura y hacia un calor infernal dentro de la habitación, eso en pleno febrero con el consiguiente cambio de temperatura que puede haber de cuando entras y sales del hotel, por las chinches pedimos otra habitación, no se sorprendieron ni lo más mínimo porque cuando fuimos a la otra habitación también tenía, un asco.

Decepcionado e triste

Abaixo os motivos de não ter reembolso se houver cancelamento, tirem suas próprias conclusões: Região muito perigosa, chuveiro quebrado e banho no chuveirinho, banheiro voltando cheiro de esgoto pelo ralo, cheiro forte de cigarro por tudo.. . Até nos corredores, frigobar fedido e não gela, cobram taxa extras mesmo quando se faz reserva no hotéis.com e está inscrito "impostos e taxas inclusos", toalhas de banho pequenas e cheirando cinzas, quarto com teia de aranha, funcionários da recepção antipáticos. Aquecedor pelo menos esquentava bem, serviço de quarto arruma somente a cama, internet funciona 10 min por dia ( só cai). Precisei adicionar mais uma diária no hotel e eles não deixaram adicionar no app do hotéis.com.

In the period when hotel have decent price like this February, hotel is vary good for staying fey days. I like that square - close enough to Gare du Midi but fare away from crowd around station. Clean room, decent breakfast and beverages machine in lobby area for refreshment handy if come late in the evening.

Door was broken. Shower head broken. On checking in we were told they couldn’t get into our room as their system was down. Ended up waiting for a good hour. Eventually we were given the wrong room

Buena situación cerca de la estación y del centro. Si que es verdad que la zona o barrio es de musulmanes. Normalmente llegábamos a las 23 al hotel y no sentimos peligro como dicen en otros comentarios. La limpieza deja mucho que desear.

The property is 15-20 minutes from the centre which is a plus but this is really the only selling point of the property. It has a very hostel vibe going on and the rooms and sub standard with a very dirty look to them. Bed linen was not clean and the room was less than basic. There was a lot of non guests just sitting at the reception that were very intimidating each time you were coming or going. I suppose in comparison to other places we were looking at it was quite cheap so perhaps you get what you pay for. If you are going to Brussels to relax and enjoy a bit of hotel time I would not recommend this place but if you are on a short trip and this is just a means of somewhere to sleep it is not the worst.

Huone oli tosi siisti.Hyvä sänky.Rullaverho ja telkkari ei toiminut.Näköala ränsistynyt varasto ja puluja.Tehokas suihku,mutta kylpyhuoneen lattia väärään suuntaan kallellaaan eli vettä sai potkia kohti lattia kaivoa.Vaneri ovi josta oli jo osa numeroista pudonnut.Halpa hinta.Soveltuu hyvin yöpymiseen.
