sehr dreckiges hotel

das hotel sieht in der realitãt ganz anders aus als auf den fotos der homepage. es war sehr schmuddelig und dreckig. das zimmer nicht geputzt und im lavabo hatte es haare und mäusedreck, kleine esswaren usw von den früheren gästen. das bett war nicht frisch bezogen und das wurde trotz nachfrage unsererseits auch nicht in betracht gezogen. (im gegenteil wurde behauptet es sei bereits frisch bezogen) sobald der wasserhahn des wackligen lavabos betätigt wurde, überquoll das lavabo(abfluss verstopft). der aussenbereich war alt und verlottert und wenig einladend zum verweilen. der hotelmanager(besitzer) wirkte krank oder betrunken. er war zudem nicht freundlich. wir werden eine schriftliche beschwerde einreichen, damit die angaben im internet aktualisiert werden.

in Fact, I'm not that kind of person who shares bad Things about something or sombaidy but in this Hotel is like a nightmare and I was afraid to leave my room.

Cheap hotel really 1star

De eigenaar was welwillend zover in zijn vermogen lag. VOor de prijs o.k. Vermeld ontbijtbuffet maar dat was zeker niet het geval. Broodje met boter en confituur, niets anders te verkrijgen.

A éviter absolument.

Etat général proche de ruine. Après une remarque sur l'état de l’hôtel le propriétaire m'a mis dehors à 23h00, en disant qu'il ne loue plus... J'ai demandé le remboursement et a dû chercher un autre hôtel dans les environs. A éviter absolument.

One night maybe ok, two avoid

The host is rather grim. We didn't feel comfortable. He was not happy that we brought small children with us to start with. The shared bathroom facilities were not clean including a dirty toilet. It remained dirty for two days. The host seems alone. The breakfast included bread from the day before. The cappuccino was however good. I was asked to pay some difference (not just for the tax) without understanding what for. Surrounded is however very nice.

Un'esperienza terribile

Personale sgarbato, camera senza televisore, senza bagno, senza federe sui cuscini e senza la minima parvenza di pulizia. Ho trovato svariati insetti, pieno di polvere sulle pareti e non mi è stato MAI rifatto il letto. La colazione inclusa nel soggiorno poi era ridicola, un pezzo di pane con un vasetto di marmellata da neanche 50g e del burro altrettanto piccolo, accompagnati da un cappuccino, come se non bastasse il prezzo a cui ho prenotato non era quello giusto ed ho dovuto pagare un supplemento appena arrivato in albergo, tutto questo con un preavviso di UN giorno prima dell'arrivo, se lo avessi saputo per tempo avrei disdetto e prenotato da un'altra parte e forse sarei rimasto soddisfatto. In aggiunta a tutto questo, mi è stato anche impedito di portare la mia ragazza in camera durante il giorno! L'esperienza più deludente della mia vita, di certo non tornerò mai più

So ein Haus darf sich nicht Hotel nennen.

4-Bett Zimmer gebucht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer leider nur drei Betten hat. Keine Bettwäsche.

Хостел. Трудно добраться. Не советую с семьей

Путешествуем семьей на машине по Европе, выбираем где остановиться по ходу движения. Нужно было остановиться на ночлег в районе Комо, искали на пару взрослых с большой кроватью, подкупила цена за семейный номер. Как обычно - "скупой платит дважды". Трудно найти - расположен в горном районе, пропустишь нужный поворот и заплутаешь, искали около часа, опоздали к окончанию заселения, пришлось будить хозяина. Единственный положительный момент - он все же нас впустил и поселил. Похоже мы были единственными гостями, что не удивительно. Семейным номером оказалась комната с 4 отдельными кроватями, за двух детей хозяин хостела затребовал еще одну оплату как за взрослых, завтраком оказалось кофе на выбор и булочка с маслом и джемом. Разбираться не было ни желания ни сил, заплатил и поспешил уехать оттуда как можно скорее к более приятным впечатлениям.

Ricordi solo ricordi le cose negative si ricordano

Il mio soggiorno ormai sono a conoscenza tutti i miei amici e parenti. Non volevo scrivere nessuna recenzione poiche' di positivo non ho trovato nulla. E poi sinceramente credevo che Hotel.com oppure l'intera catena Expedia annullasse del tutto questa struttura. Non voglio che questa struttura chiuda e che quindi il proprietario rimanga senza lavoro compresa l'unica ragazza tuttofare (L'unica persona squisita di questa struttura ). Io parlo solo dell'Hotel . Ultima Struttura situata a 30 minuti tutti in salita con curve strettissime a una sola corsia a Brunate 1000 metri di altezza...fine 1800... Posto Fresco..in estate unica consolazione.... Hotel datato , non pulito, nessun confort . Chiudo qui poichè non voglio aggiungere nulla . non voglio far sapere al mondo intero quello che mi è capitato. Se non chiedete troppo non siete esigenti come me, se vi accontentate del minimo indispensabile (no tv in tutta la struttura, no telefono , in zona prende la rete svizzera, Wifi si solo all'ingresso Bagno in comune, questa è una struttura leggermente migliore ad andare in tenda da campeggio , quindi se il soggiorno ha un costo superiore a 15 euro a persona a notte , evitate.

De passage, nous avons passé une nuit à Brunate sur les hauteurs de Côme, la vue sur le lac et l'emplacement étaient fantastiques, l'accueil et la chambre correctes pour le prix, juste le déjeuner du lendemain qui a provoqué l'hilarité familiale, celui-ci consistant en .....un sachet de biscottes!

Gæstfriheden mangler helt

Hotellet (familiedrevet pension) lover lidt mere end det kan holde, også selv om forventningerne ikke var høje forud for besøget. Der er meget lydt på værelserne og der bliver talt ret højlydt i hele huset af personalet helt ind til midnat. Dørene kan sagtens lukke til både køkken og værelsesafdeling, men bliver det ikke. Morgenmaden består af kiks og marmelade samt kaffe. Selvom vi var indstillet på at betale lidt extra for en mere nærende morgenmad, fik vi at vide, at det var "italian breakfast", og at de ikke kunne lave andet til os. Beliggenheden er fin, hvis formålet er en enkelt overnatning før man vandrer videre hen over bjergryggen i retning mod Bellagio. Hvis man gerne vil lidt rundt i området i bil, er beliggenheden oppe for enden af en meget snæver bjergvej langt fra ideel. Det tager lang tid at køre op og ned, og der er kun den samme vej op fra Como. Vi afbestilte resten af opholdet, betalte for en ekstra overnatning og fandt et andet hotel efter blot en enkelt nat. Vi synes der mangler en del på komfort og måske især service. Det virker ikke helt som om, de gerne vil give deres gæster en god oplevelse.

Ein Erlebnis

Der Weg auf den Berg ein 'Highlight' in jeglicher Hinsicht...kurvig..nervenaufreibend..aber es lohnt sich...der Ausblick zwischendurch u vom Hotel ist ein Traum. Der Service u das Personal waren zuvorkommend, freundlich und äußerst familiär. Das Essen war fantastisch. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt...wir werden wiederkommen u länger bleiben. Vielen Dank an die Betreiber.

Um eine Erfahrung reicher.

Abendessen: Von 10 verschiedenen Menus auf der Karte waren noch 2 verfügbar. Die Bedienung wurde durch den Wirt selber vorgenommen und dieser war verwirrt ev. etwas alkoholisiert. Das Frühstück bestand aus Kaffee und Zwieback. Alles andere war leider gerade ausgegangen.

Ne mérite pas le détour

Jolie vue et repas satisfaisant. Propreté et installation à revoir (draps sales et lavabo bouché). Quasiment rien au petit déjeuner (quelques biscottes que le serveur est allé chercher dans un placard avec peine). Une étape a oublier !

Billigt men uselt hotell

Med detta hotell får man vad man betalar för, billigt men ganska uselt boende. Läget är ganska trevligt men lite avlägset uppe i bergen ovanför Como. Hotellet som sådan var nog det sämsta jag någonsin bott på. Väggarna mellan rummen var lövtunna så man hörde allt som försegick i hela hotellet. Dusharna fungerade väldigt dåligt, inget tryck och knappt något varmvatten. Oftast inget toapapper på toaletterna. Frukostbuffén bestod av färdigköpta minitoast med smör och en del olika marmelader, varav en del hade börjat mögla. Maten i restaurangen var knappt godkänd. Servicen fick mig att tänka på "Pang i bygget" och inte på ett bra sätt. Det enda bra med hotellet var dess Wifi, tyvärr fungerade det ej på rummen och inte alls min andra kväll på hotellet. Jag har svårt att förstå de omdöme jag läste om hotellet innan jag bokade det.

Einfache Unterkunft ohne besonderen Service.

Ich erreichte das Hotel im 23:00 Uhr und musste ibdistieten, damit mir aufgemacht wurde. Meine Reservation war nicht angekommen. Ich musste deshalb den Preis nochmals bar bezahlen. Es wurde mir zugesichert, dass das Hotel ebookers informieren würde, damit keine Doppelbezahlung entstehe. Leider habe ich bis heute keine Bestätigung darüber erhalten.

Accueil Chaleureux pour une vue saisissante

Nous avons été séduits par la vue prodigieuse que propose les hauteurs de brunate. L'accueil y était chaleureux. L'accès est un peu compliqué pour qui n'a pas l'habitude de conduire en montagne. A voir!

Super beliggenhed

Spændende hotel beliggende på bjerget med gode muligheder for flotte vandreture eller for mountainbikere. Meget hyggeligt område med restauranter, som serverer rigtig god italiensk mad i idylliske omgivelser.
