Good location and the apartment itself was big and a great layout. But it was very grimy and in need of a deep clean, as was the whole complex. AC broke down in the bedroom so very hot and no sleep. Kind of had the vibe of a flash 18-30s resort due to all the foreign millennials.

We booked a 'sky loft' room but on checking in we were given a 2 bedroom apartment which was rather large, the desk staff we spoke to were really nice and helpful,we had a problem with the iron n ironing board and they were replaced with new ones while we were out.As Englander's there wasn't a teapot in the apartment which would have been handy, some of the residents in the complex weren't the most friendly but didn't cause any problems.

Nice apartments and amenities, only problem was the cleanliness of the place. There were a fair few black marks on dirty walls that needed attention. Some of the glass & cookware were still dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The worst part was how dirty the balconies were. It was as if the floors, walls and table tops hadn’t been cleaned in months. My feet were instantly black upend walking out onto the balcony, the walls were very dirty and I had to wash my phone after placing it on the outdoor table as it was disgustingly dirty. One other problem was that our air conditioning didn’t work. We let reception know and they told us they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it over the weekend so alternatively they upgraded us to a bigger apartment. It was nice having the bigger apartment for our second night but it was somewhat of an inconvenience to have to pack up all of our things, clean the apartment and the do it all over again the next day when checking out.

sixe of apartment, bderooms, lounge, dining and kitchen were quite roomy. bathrooms clean. no informatiion in rom on how to operate TV the lights from the pathway at night were left on all night. and the curtains in the front room were inadequate to block out the light, making it difficult to sleep. suggestions- dim lights at night, of have the auto on off as people walk down the pathways. get full blocko curains over the entire window, so no gaps between roller blinds or sides,, top and bottom fo curtains.

A week in Spring Hill

We enjoyed or stay. When we had a wifi problem the response was rapid and the problem was resolved. The walk down to the CBD is about 10 mins - the walk back up the hill a little longer. We are both over 70 and coped easily with the hill. The supermarket (Woolworths) was quite near and much better than the (slightly) nearer IGA. There are several convenience shops adjacent to the apartments. Our 1 bedroom apartment was not large but certainly adequate and there was a small study area as well

The apartment was... fine. I believe it was listed as a four star? No way. It was nice, but in no way luxurious. Also, be aware that there is only once a week housekeeping. This took me by surprise. I wasn't wanting to think of washing towels and stocking bin liners and dishwasher detergent on my vacation. The front counter staff is only available during the working day, and as we always left well before nine and returned in the evenings because we were sightseeing, it was impossible to talk to anyone if we had issues with the room. It is a great place to live while in Brisbane, not a great place to vacation. Also, it is up some very steep hills from the central business district. There is a free bus that takes you up, but only from 7 am to 7 pm. Keep that in mind. I'm all for walking, but after a full day of walking and seeing things, climbing that hill was sometimes hard. There is a full kitchen, a washer and dryer in the room, and a bedroom that locks. Those were key things for us, but we had friends who stayed in nicer places closer to the sights that had those things as well. Wifi has to be signed into daily, and has a 5gb limit. But signal was good. The balcony and view was gorgeous, and the entire glass wall folded up to open the room to the outdoors.

Good value, spacious room well equipped but building a bit run down. Corridors unappealing & sliding security grates outside doors are off-putting. Reception area is smick & staff excellent. Location excellent for our purposes. Good long swimming pool. Free parking a real plus.

Stayed with my daughter (she’s very picky) and we both found Oxygen Apartments excellent in every way. The cleanliness was outstanding and all amenities were much more than expected. Staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. Location is perfect near restaurants and supermarket. Loved the lap pool and spa and would not hesitate to stay again. Fully recommend.
