"I needed a room last minute due to a work request to travel from BRS airport. It was perfect. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. Slightly confusing upon arrival, but I put that down to my arriving late at night in complete darkness. I was looking for a reception area, but in fact, I was able to enter my room without any help. Highly recommend, and would stay here again no issues."

"Staff were very attentive, polite and explained what needed to know, checked us in very quickly and show to our room. Room was clean and stocked with pkenty of tea, coffee etc. Bed was very comfortable and nice fresh bedding and towels, toiletries were supplied. Food in the restaurant was very nice and a good price and generous portions. "

"Came for the weekend while the rugby was on. Place was clean/tidy and no issues with shared bathroom. Check in and check was easy and located not too far from the centre of town. This place was ideal for a weekend stay. "

"The accommodation was smart, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was of excellent quality, freshly cooked, hot and tailored to whatever were required. The sitting rooms had hot drinks available and provided a comfortable space to relax. I can’t praise the Old Manor House highly enough."

"The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road."

I stayed here for business so I needed to do more work in my room, the staff were happy for me to take my dinner up into my room and the rump steak that I had was incredibly good. I was also up and out in the morning too early for breakfast so the staff made me a packed lunch which was really nice of them. "
