Rekonstrukce hotelu z pohledu vnitrniho designu je na velmi dobre urovni, design i kvalita pokojoveho vybaveni je na urovni 4 hvezdickoveho hotelu. Zapracovat by mel hotel na vnejsim designu (drevene prvky oblozeni hotelu velmi zanedbane, stacilo by pretrit....) Balkony na pokojich rovnez nevybizi k posezeni a relaxovani. Jinak velka spokojenost. Velmi slusna snidane, vlacek do centra primo od hotelu, welcome drink, prijemny personal na recepci....

Skvělý hotel v Karlových Varech

Naprosto úžasný zážitek z dvoudenního pobytu v Karlových Varech. Vzhled hotelu z venku vůbec neodpovídá vnitřnímu vybavení, kdy hotel prošel celkovou rekonstrukcí a je celý moderně vybaven. Nový a moderní nábytek, krásná a skvěle vybavená koupelna (fén či bidetová sprška). Ochotný a milý personál, příjezd a odjezd prakticky neomezen. Fantastická snídaně se širokou nabídkou pochoutek. Jediné malé mínus je za matrace na manželské posteli, kdy na ní nebyla jedna velká, ale dvě samostatné pro každou polovinu zvlášť.

Wir waren im September 2015 dort,von außen wirkt das Hotel nicht besonders sehenswert, aber so bald man es betritt ändert sich alles, ein sehr modernes Hotel. Ob die Zimmer oder die Lobby oder das Restaurant einfach toll, die Zimmer sind echt geschmackvoll zwar klein aber echt schick, der Wellness Bereich ist auch auf dem neusten Stand der Dinge und die Salzgrotte ist zu empfehlen, auch eine Massage tut sehr gut. Uns hat es als Kurztrip echt super gefallen und wir würden jeder Zeit wieder zurück kommen. Das Hotel liegt ca 5 km von Karlsbad entfernt sehr ruhig, mit dem Auto aber überhaupt kein Problem und die Parkosten in Karlsbad sind echt niedrig.
