The food options in the whole resort, Terme cates, was awful. We ended up paying and renting a car, which was not the plan, so we could have some decent food options. We were staying at a hotel there. Otherwise, everything was good and as we hoped for.

Worth the price

worth the price!! A large selection of foods at meals and very tasty. a spacious room. small maintenance problems in the room. I had the impression that the staff was not enthusiastic about providing all the information about the possibilities in the hotel and the thermal pools. In any case, we had a great time

Allgemeine Sauberkeit im Zimmer, es gab viele Flecken auf den Teppich und den Sofa, das Bettsofa war komplett durchgelegen so das man nicht drauf schlafen kann. Beim Abend Buffet war die Auswahl gering und die Qualität der angebotene Speisen überhaupt nicht gut. Die Therme ist an sich schön im Hotel nur halt nicht warm genug für ein Thermalbecken

Hotel facile da raggiungere perche subito fuori dall autostrada con ampio parcheggio . A 100 mt la zona piscine esterne del parco aperte fino alle 19 ,a 250 la zona piscine interne. Colazione e cena a buffet,menu piu simile a internazionale, ma cmq abbiamo trovato tutto ottimo Camera spaziosa [suite 2 adulti e 1 bambino] Accappatoi in stanza per raggiungere la piscina dell albergo[ esterne e interna] aperta fino alle 21. Tutte le piscine della zona sono a 38 gradi, sia esterne che interne Nel.complesso buona struttura, al livello dei 4 stelle italiani delle zone di mare o di lago.

L'hotel è in una zona esclusivamente adibita alle terme, dove oltre ad esse ci sono solo altri 2 hotel e un casinò. Non si trova dentro un paese. Ha i suoi anni, ma è tenuto abbastanza bene. Abbiamo avuto un problema igienico abbastanza grave in stanza, ma ci hanno prontamente proposto un'altra sistemazione. Tutti molto carini e disponibili nell'area ristorazione. Avevamo la mezza pensione, che aveva una buona scelta ed era di buona qualità. Cena dalle 18 alle 21. Bar fino alle 22, dopodiché tutti a letto perché era tutto chiuso. Non so se in alta stagione sia diverso... colazione ottima. Il terzo letto in camera è a terra - i cuscini della poltrona letto aperti sul pavimento; onestamente una cosa mai vista e giusto adatta per un bambino a mio avviso.

War voll ausreichend

Hotel ist modern eingerichtet und war sauber. Schwimmbad war sehr gut. Essen haben wir als ausreichend empfunden. Nur kleiner kritikpunkt war der service beim essen. Obwohl sehr wenig leute anwesend waren haben die bestellung und ausbringung der getränke sehr lange gebraucht

Wonderful waterpark

The room was big and the hotel is in a beautiful green area with a huge waterpark. The waterpark and pools were a lot of fun! Service was bad. The food (breakfast and dinner) was bad, and at dinner you could not even get tap water without buying some sort of drink. The hotel condition was a bit run down but the room was comfortable.

È la seconda volta che ci andiamo ma ce ne saranno altre.Il soggiorno è perfetto sopratutto se si hanno bambini.gli orari per mangiare sono molto flessibili,l'assortimento di cibo è vasto.I servizi con le piscine per grandi e sopratutto bambini sono eccellenti!!
