Bella Monte Lodge, the best that Breckenridge has to offer! This executive home feels like a big mountain lodge with high end finishes throughout from granite counter tops and high end appliances to HD big screen TV and Sonos sound! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the year round free shuttle route! There are hiking/biking/cross country ski trails out the back door. Many guests hike the trail into town and take the shuttle bus back. Views are the best you've ever seen!! In the winter you have the free sledding hill within walking distance.

Several cross county ski trails including the famous "Baker Tank Trail" are within a mile of Bella Monte. The free shuttle bus takes you to the gondola to access all of the world famous Breckenridge ski areas. Enjoy Apres-ski in town, drinks, dinner, and shopping- then come home on the free shuttle anytime until Midnight. In the summer, take the shuttle to the Peak 8 fun Park including the famous alpine slide, bungee trampoline, maze, mini golf, or take a mountain bike up the lift and ride trails down the mountain. Simply hop on your bike and go 10 miles downhill to Frisco and take the free shuttle all the way back to the lodge with your bike.

Inside the home, find a master bath with a large Jacuzzi tub and a large steam shower with 3 shower heads. Extra large kitchen with commercial gas stove and meal seating for 18 makes meals at home fun. Home has "Breck Air" air conditioning...1 window open for low, 2 windows for medium and 3 windows for high!

The home is three stories- a main level with entry, living room, kitchen and dining areas, an upstairs with 3 bedroom suites, and a downstairs with an additional living area, wet bar, and 2 bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are suites with baths, the fifth bedroom has bunk beds with bathroom across the hall. There are 3 gas fireplaces inside and one outside on the deck.

Imagine soaking in the hot tub that is half under the deck for full snow enjoyment with mountain views in the background. The lodge is well stocked with games, books, and DVDs.

THIS IS A FAMILY HOME- AT LEAST TWO MEMBERS STAYING AT THE HOME MUST BE 25 OR OLDER - exceptions granted on a case by case basis

Incredible view

Incredible view! Great accommodations for 3 families of all age groups. The grandkids were looking forward to enjoying the foosball table as shown in photo and were disappointed when it wasn’t there. They did have fun in the hot tub instead. Spacious home to gather for our family reunion.

My family had a wonderful time at our family gathering and the house was a great venue. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Manager was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We had no issues at all with the property. Breckenridge in summer was fantastic - so much to do and see.

Celebrating a 50th for a friend with a quick mountain getaway. The property was clean and had wonderful views. If we had any concerns or questions they were addressed promptly!

Ideal mountain getaway

The pictures simply do not do it justice. This property was gorgeous! It had everything my group and I needed for our mountain getaway. The host was very accommodating and acted quickly on any request. For those who love wildlife, multiple nights while in the hot tub a curious fox came by to say hello then trotted off so that was exciting. If I to choose one negative it would be the shuttle service. While it was convenient for getting TO the mountain/downtown, it wasnt useful for getting home and we ended up taking Uber/Lyft home with out ski equipment instead. A minor inconvenience. Overall, a great stay, a great location, and great time had by all! would HIGHLY recommend!

incredible wedding experience!

Words can’t even describe how perfect and amazing this property was for my family and I. We decided to have our small wedding in Breckenridge with our closest friends and family members and couldn’t have chosen a better place than this. The property manager is absolutely amazing, incredibly reliable, with quick responses with any concerns and truly so kind to let us host our wedding at their property. I can’t say enough great things about our stay here, from the cleanliness of the property to the stunning views overlooking the valley of Breckenridge, it’s truly one of a kind property. I would stay here a hundred more times and our wedding was absolutely perfect at this property, we are so happy we chose this property and all of our friends and family members fell in love with it as we did. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

The place is amazing and has a great view of the mountains. Also very easy access to downtown Breckenridge. Was the perfect mountain getaway for our ski trip and I would definitely try to book again next time I'm back.

Breckenridge wedding party

My daughter got married at the Lodge at Breckenridge and this house is about 500’ form there. It worked perfectly as a staging area for her and her bridesmaids. Our family stayed here and the fact that there is a bathroom for each bedroom, the beds are all set up for adults, and the house is spacious with lots of amenities allowed everyone to connect and yet have space if they desired it. We very much enjoyed our stay and felt that this home was well worth it.

Perfect Getaway

The views were amazing from every room. The layout was perfect for our large family – everyone could join together and not feel crowded or they could separate and have private time. The management company or owner responded immediately if we had a question about anything. The kitchen was equipped with everything that you would need to prepare and cook meals for a large family – and the layout was designed so that there was ample room for multiple chefs. It's the view!

This house is perfect for a large family (5 bed/5 bath plus a separate living quarter on lowest level), and the house is top shelf in terms of design, build & furnishings....but the view is why every member of my family wants to return for another stay. Stunning!! Excellent management too! Our stay was wonderful.

Spectacular Views

The views from this property are amazing! The home itself is well-equipped to handle large families or groups. The kitchen had everything we needed including a lot of cooking spices, full pantry, ample utensils and dishes. We did not use the hot tub or the other lower level amenities (games, dart board, outdoor fire pit) and instead sat outside on the upper level deck watching the hummingbirds and taking in the views. The location was excellent for easily getting into town and we even saw a small bear running across the road at one point. We did not try the shuttle service which had a stop about 300 yards away because of my 87 year old mother who was better served by personal transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for my daughters wedding and loved it! The views are amazing, the home was clean, well stocked, etc. Since this home is within a short walk to the Lodge, our guests were able to stay within a few minutes of where we were hosting the reception. The host was fantastic and worked with my daughter to make sure everything was perfect for her big day. Can’t wait to go back!
