We had booked Hotel do Lago but were transferred to Hotel do Parque which I understand is an upgrade. The area both hotels were located in is very interesting being in an area of Christian pilgrimage. The grounds make for an interesting and tranquil walk that was worth about half a day. The only real drawback is that there is only one restaraunt in the area and it doesn't open until 12:30 and closes after lunch until 19:30 which is a little late for us. The food was good however and the price was reasonable. Overall, a very nis stay.

The room smells so bad. The room smells so bad. We had to change to another room. And it is run down needs renovation. Urgent renovation because it's less than three star hotel

Ruim demais.

Hotel praticamente abandonado. A equipe é atenciosa e cortês, mas todo o resto não ajuda. Trabalham mal, muito mal. Bateram no meu quarto duas horas antes do check-out. Ora, que perguntem primeiro à recepção se o hóspede já saiu! Depois, pra piorar, não haviam cobrado a diária - que precisava ser paga no local - no check-in, mas não esperaram o check-out para perguntar como queria pagar. Simplesmente, cobraram em um cartão de crédito do Brasil, que havia apresentado apenas para assegurar a viagem. Gostaria de pagar com meu cartão de um banco português, em euros, e não tive a oportunidade de fazê-lo. Equipe com sorriso amarelo no rosto e sempre a falhar, com exceção do responsável pelo check-in. No resto, o hotel é uma lástima. Pior café da manhã de todos os tempos, nada salva: frutas em caldas, nada fresco, pães péssimos, café horrível, capuccino que é só leite, enfim, melhor não comer. Hotel faz parte de uma rede de quatro hotéis em um lugar maravilhoso de Braga, no alto da Igreja de Bom Jesus. Mas é o patinho feio deles. Todos os outro são bons. Este é péssimo. A partir da localização, lá no fundo. Uber e táxis não chegam até lá, pois é pago. Só depois fui informado que o valor seria ressarcido ao motorista do Uber que, assim, como eu não sabia de nada. Não volto a hospedar-me por lá.

Es un hotel muy antiguo,necesita una reforma de las habitaciones y baño,la limpieza era buena excepto la moqueta del suelo que supongo que por los años de uso estaría así.Los colchones muy incómodos deformados y de mala calidad. Hotel que en su día sería 3 estrellas pero ahora mismo tiene la categoría de hostal.

Personnel super accueillant, lit confortable, superbe localisation à Braga, juste besoin de rénover la douche de la chambre, très usée, avec quelques réparation "bricolage", il est temps de la changer, mais sinon tout impeccable, eau chaude, clime, linge de lit et de bain propre et confortable, bilan très positif de notre séjour!

Confort en un enclave privilegiado

Nos avisaron una semana antes del traslado del hotel do Lago al Hotel do Parque, al encontrarse cerrado temporalmente el primero, en el que hicimos la reserva. El entorno es espectacular, más aún si cabe en invierno tras lluvias. El hotel (do Parque) es de superior categoría y se notó, comodidad, silencio, desayuno correcto... Par disfrutar y descansar.

Hôtel défraîchis, à notre arrivée personne ne nous avait indiqué qu’il fallait payer 1€ de parking et nous n’avions pas de monnaie. Une fois arrivés on nous donne une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux au lieu d un lit double.. après le problème résolu, constat : odeur de renfermé et d’humidité persistante, moquette des années 70, tachee et rebutante. Les toilettes étaient sales et la douche prête à s écrouler. A cela s’ajoute un personnel mal aimable qui ne dit jamais bonjour et le buffet de petit déjeuner vraiment pire que le self d un internat... bref, d’où sort la bonne note du site ? A part le parc voisin je déconseille fortement cet hôtel et surtout le petit déjeuner payant. Pire expérience d hôtel que j’ai faite.

Hotel a necessitar de remodelação

Quarto praticamente não decorado, com mobília antiga e desgastada. Alcatifa velha com nódoas e buracos por baixo. Colchão duro e colcha com nódoas. Apenas três almofadas, todas diferentes e uma delas praticamente inutilizável. Pequeno almoço deixa muito a desejar. Sem opções “sem lactose”. Durante o dia para aceder ao hotel de carro é necessário pagar um euro e pedir devolução na recepção, que não foi explicado no check-in. Staff prestável e simpático. Área envolvente muito agradável! Relação preço/qualidade má.

Foi uma delícia nossa estadia no Hotel do Lago. Além de linda sua localização, o atendimento muito bom, as rececionistas ágeis e bastante atenciosas. Para ser completo na excelência, faltou apenas um frigorífico no quarto.
