We loved this place so much! The location is great. The staff was amazing! Starting each morning with coffee from the barista right down the stairs while staring at the beautiful mountains was perfection!

A wonderful experience...room was extremely clean and comfortable, and our stay was very quiet. Staff is so friendly and the ambiance of the lobby, stairwells, and rooms was a rustic western. Beautiful place that we would definitely choose again if we get back to Bozeman in the future!
loved our short stay. staff was courteous. our hotel room was clean and comfy. loved the coziness of the whole hotel. phoenix the dog was sweet as could be. thanks for having us. will definitely be staying at the wandering buffalo next time we come.
Great customer service, clean room, pet-friendly, easy walk or bike ride to downtown. It’s recently renovated and the aesthetic of the property is great. Love the outdoor seating area.
Clean room and friendly staff. Questioning why we had to pay $20 to park in the parking lot at the motel. Seemed odd since it was iced over and just a parking lot.
The property was newly renovated and very well done. Good location, easy access to the interstate and the downtown area.
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was incredible, the accommodations were clean & adorably decorated, and the owner’s lab was the cherry on top. This hotel has the perfect, local & cozy feel, and it’s easily walkable to all the best spots downtown. I would highly recommend staying here & look forward to coming back.
We enjoyed our stay! Great location- grocery store and park right next door and easy walk to Main Street proper. The hotel was very stylish and excellently maintained, like brand-new. The BEST part was the friendly dogs who greeted guests in the lobby!
The only downers were no table in room if you wanted to work on laptop and no complimentary coffee or breakfast in the lobby.
A beautifully renovated hotel with a nice Boutique feel! Right on Main Street in Bozeman… quick Lyft rides to all shops and restaurants. Or use the free bikes for a 1/2 mile ride to all the fun spots!
Cozy, quiet rooms. Plenty of space to lounge in lobby or outside around the fire pit! Great for 1 night getaway or stay a week if you’re in town for an event or skiing, hunting!
My son and I stayed at Wandering Buffalo on a road trip and it was just delightful. It’s charming, clean, comfortable and the coffee delicious. The staff were engaging and helpful. It’s also conveniently located right at the edge of downtown with bicycles on offer to explore the area. Will definitely come back on our next trip through Bozeman.
We loved this new hotel so much for its charm and the free bikes we were able take into town .. there was an issue with our bedroom AC over-heating and turning off at night. My husband had to wake up and turn it back on. We also had a drain in the sink that was draining super slow and maybe needed an adjustment. Overall wonderful.. will stay here again! Nice fire pit, nice bikes, nice stafff ❤️
