"From the moment we arrived: every member of the staff has been really kind and helpful. As all restaurants were closed on December 24th, the receptionist allowed us to exceptionally to have dinner at the hotel and was very attentive to us. The breakfast was very well furnished, with many sweet and salty options. The whole hotel and the rooms were clean and quiet (although, the doors are not soundproofed so you can hear people talking in the hallway)."
