Als Hotel vielleicht wirklich gut aber als Hostel ein reinfall. Ich habe in einem 12 Bett Zimmer geschlafen wo es nur eine Steckdose gibt und die ist im Bad. Es herrschte ein Ständiger Windzug, so das die undichte Tür die ganze Zeit gepfeift hat. Es gibt weder eine Küche zum Kochen noch einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. so das man gezwungen ist im Hotel oder Auswärts zu essen. als Hostel total versagt. Beim Check in war die 24h besetzte Rezeption nicht besetzte es dauerte über eine halbe Stunde bis sich jemand fand der mich ein-checken konnte. Beim Check out bekam ich einen neuen Namen, weil ich wohl schon vor einen Stunde aus gecheckt hätte. Ich selber arbeite an einer Rezeption so was geht einfach nicht schon gar nicht bei so einem doch hochwertigen Hotel.

Paguei duas vezes. Indiferença com o cliente.

As instalações são boas e o hotel é novo, mas tive um problema muito desagradável. Paguei adiantado pela reserva, mas a recepção não encontrou meu pagamento e exigiu que eu pagasse de novo para poder acessar o quarto. Entramos em contato telefônico com a hoteis.com, que confirmou que o pagamento realmente já havia sido efetuado. A recepcionista disse, então, que no check-out, no dia seguinte, faria o reembolso. Mas depois mudou de ideia e disse para eu providenciar eventual reembolso direto com a hoteis.com. Em resumo, não se mostrou disposta a resolver um problema decorrente de falha do seu próprio sistema ou de falha de comunicação com a expedia, e quem pagou a conta duas vezes foi o cliente. Se houve um problema de comunicação com a hoteis.com, como ela alega, penso que deveria ser resolvido entre o hotel e a agência, e não em prejuízo ao cliente. Se o hotel opta por disponibilizar reservas pela hoteis.com ou expedia assume esse risco, que não deve ser suportado pelo hóspede. Essa experiência afetou negativamente a minha estadia e estragou o meu dia de viagem, quando deveria estar me divertindo durante as minhas férias. Simplesmente não consigo deixar uma avaliação favorável.
