STAY AWAY FROM THIS MOTEL. I MESSAGED EARLY IN DAY SAYING I WOULD ARRIVE AROUND 1AM TO CHECK IN AS I WAS DRIVING ALL DAY AND PURCHASED MY ROOM TO COME PASS OUT IN. WHEN I ARRIVED IT WAS 26 DEGREES OUT FREEZING AND I KEPT RINGING THE DOORBELL AND KNOCKING ON THE WINDOW AS WELL AS CALLING FOR 20 MIN. NO ONE CAME. DEMANDED REFUND FROM EXPEDIA BECAUSE EVEN THEY COULDNT REACH OFFICE. STEER CLEAR FROM HERE!

This place is awful, the office person is arrogant, ignorant, and disrespectful. Everything about this place nasty!!! I would NOT recommend a rat to stay. You need to take this place off your list.

Towels were very raggedy and had stains. Comforter was ripped with cloth coming out. Women’s hair found in bed and shower. Shower rusty and moulded ceiling ceilings. It’s kind of what you expect for paying a very cheap motel but it definitely needs some work

I've been coming here for about 40 years, It was the Capri long ago like the restaurant in the parking lot. On a whim I tried another placed down the street and wasn't satisfied so I checked out and immediately came back to the Budget. This place is an old friend and I'm sorry I didn't just come here first. This isn't the ritz, it's a working mans stop! Its not for everyone, I've read the reviews. The iconic Capri diner is just steps from your room. Thank you @ Budget Inn for being there when I come through town! Mike C.

A couple years ago my friend showed me videos of what looked like hidden cameras in this place…bedroom and bathroom. This weekend was absolutely terrible. They refused to process the reservation I made 3 months ago for a 2 bdrm for 2 nights. The guys in the office are terrible…terrible customer service, fraudulent, unprofessional and have no idea what they’re doing. Budget inn’s incompetent employees are losing the company money and will eventually face a lawsuit if they don’t train their employees on what they can and can’t do

Horrible an bug infested room

I came in an checked the hotel looked clean, i was woken up after being bitten by bed bugs. I had to get up in the middle of the night an go get another hotel due to this. Went back the next morning an told them about it, they juat wrote it down an said yeah they sprayed the upstairs rooms the day before so i guess they just made rhe bugs move down stairs, they acted like it was just a normal occurrence, i showed them all the bites that i recieved an they just said thanks. I would stay as far away as you can from this hotel .

Horrible experience booked 2 nts checkin took forever only one there, got into the rm #209 went to turn on light all unplugged due to no avail outlet tv or a fire hazard outlet with signs of melting. Close the curtains and they fall off the track. Toilet seat doesnt fit the toilet mold all over the ceiling foot prints on the wall near the bed dirty/stained towels sheets pillowcases. Went to inform day staff younger lady (checked in after midnight with older gentlemen same day)and was informed no other rooms available and yeah maintenance knows. Experienced a not so professional encounter with i presume the owner/manager lady after i booked another room online w double beds for another two nights in hopes of a better experience in a differemt room and asked if i can check-in earlier than 3 since ive extendent my stay and attempted to address concerns in the room and Indian lady became hostile and advised she can cancel my non-refundable 2nd stay for another 2 nights to which i shut up cuz your not going to take my money and not allow me to stay then proceeded to tell me for $40 i can check-in early told her im ok then lowered it to $20 after asking how many where staying in the rm (just me) then before giving my $50 deposit back asked if i just wanted to leave it um no. Got back to check in around midnight same guy whontells me no rooms available um what i have a reservation basically have to take a single okay whatever cuz again nonrefundable reservation and they put me in rm

Would not suggest.spend the extra trust me

I got to listen to who I believe was possibly the manager , lil short lady , cuss out her employee or whatever she was doin instead of letting him finish helping me check in. After that I walked out to a pking lot with about 9 guys bbqin with a hibachi in the pking lot at like 1130pm. Next morning the new staff was impatient slightly rude and slow as hell

I bet if I’d read reviews I’d never have stayed here but frankly I was desperate and what I learned is this is a place you stay if you’re desperate. I got bedbugs here bitten all over my legs and arms and i slept on top of the comforter because it had so many holes in it I couldn’t bring myself to pull it down and I really needed to get some sleep. Then I shaved in the sink and I always wear shower slippers but I realized the sink was leaking and had left a huge puddle. So I dried it up with a towel which turned the towel black. They almost didn’t give me back my security deposit because of it. The front desk agent was kind enough. But I’m still recovering from the bedbugs. I didn’t realize it was next to a shelter until I was driving away.

Nothing in the booking said there was a cash security deposit required along with the booking fee at time of check in. The room was small, not the most clean, and the bathroom ceiling looked like it had been moldy at one point and half cleaned. AC worked- but was EXTREMELY noisy and made it hard to sleep with the crazy rattling. The shower worked, technically. Most of the things weren’t actually mounted and attached to the wall like you’d expect from a functioning shower. When we went to leave, we had to wait for them to “ok” the room so that we could actually check out and receive our security deposit back. Thankfully we weren’t in a hurry- it took like 20 minutes before he radioed back saying it was okay.

First of all the pictures they use to represent this place are false, the room wasn’t even close, you have to pay a 50$ deposit in cash, the room smelled bad, the tv would not function correctly, the chair was disgusting, and there was dry blood on the bedskirt. I took pictures of every bit of it but I can’t include them here

Found blood on our sheets. I asked for new sheets and pillow cases and the owner told me that it was to late in the evening to request new bedding. Unbelievable! They refunded my stay 100% but the memory remains.

The 1 star is for the general manager. Everyone else was amazing. But his sour attitude, rude demeanor and just plain rude behavior made me give this property a 1 star. He really needs to read up on ADA.

Proximity of the property to downtown and key locations is great. But the property is OLD and rundown. One of our two rooms was not cleaned or made up when we opened the door. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but now sure how they could miss that. There is one chair and a bed in each room. Unlike the beds, you can't change the linens on the chairs. They were disgusting. At least the bed linens were clean. Seemed to be a lot of weekly renters (fixing cars, just hanging around, etc.,). We chose the location and price for ease of access and some quick zzz's before heading to the airport. Great if your budget is low but you'll get what you pay for.
