1) ran out of hot water during showering 2) couldn't darken the room, curtains are worthless 3) too noisy from the traffic and neighbors 4) low quality rooms and most of the rooms do not have a small refrigerator 5) not enough closet space even for the amount of clothing that fits into one carry on luggage 6) safety box for peraonal belongings located in the closet difficult to operate 7) decent size hotel building with 7 stories and numerous rooms but it has only one smaller size elevator that can fit 2-3 people....long wait if hotel is busy. The staff was courteous and helpful over all, but fist they gave me an extra unacceptable, very small room. After I complained they did upgrade it to a better one (for the same price - no extra charge, which was surprisingly nice of them), but still greatly inadequate room as explained above. Unless you really don't care about the things I listed above, I would stay away from this hotel.

Muy buena atencion, lo unico que considero un poco incomodo para los huespedes es que no tienes opcion para abrir las ventanas porque estan selladas, por ende si fue un dia caluroso seguramente habrá calor por la noche también.

コロンビアのプロサッカーリーグの試合を観戦するため、スタジアムから徒歩圏内の当ホテルに宿泊しました。フロントのスタッフの方々も丁寧な対応で、特に不満はありません。しかし、周囲に大きなスーパーマーケットが無く、買い物には不便です。更に大きな道路に面しているので、若干騒音が気になりました。

No cambian las camas todos los dias. Las toallas son extremadamente viejas. Ni papel higiénico me pusieron en el cuarto por 2 dias!! La limpieza deja mucho que contar,no lo hacen bien,solo botan la basura. Las toallas encimas que son viejas(deporables). No las cambian a diario. Mi visita fue deporable!!!! Y asi mismo lo dire mas adelante.

Muy buena ubicacion para mi!!!

La limpieza en las habitaciones no es muy detallada. Cada tres dias cambian la ropa de cama. Las toallas muy viejas e inservibles. La ropa de cama ha servido su tiempo de servicio. Y es tiempo de un relevo de toda la ropa de cama y baños. En general el aseo de los cuartos deja mucho que decir.Personal es muy bueno y muy dado a ayudar en cualquier cosa.

They don’t clean room every day,just supply amenity. Linen is nor change daily,ebery tree days. They have to give you more choices on breakfast.

Muy ruidoso

La primera habitación tenía la ventana sellada y sin aire acondicionado, pedí cambio y todas están en la misma condiciones según me informaron, solamente una bastante incómoda tiene una muy pequeña ventana que al abrirla el ruido se multiplica. Está ubicado en una zona aceptable, pero en una via muy principal con mucho trafico que imposibilita dormir.
