Sonraki surecte tabi guler yuz ve hizmeti ile memnun kaldığımız Samet Bey ,Nur Cemal gerçekten harika idi.Genel müdür Taner bey ve Ismail şefin de ilgisinden dolayı tesekkur ederiz.Onun haricinde otelin odalarının yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.Tesisin hizmet ve olanakları ile ilgili info verilmesi gerektiği de çalışanlara hatırlatilmali.

Öncelikle rezervasyon aşamasında telefonda konuştuğum Dilara ismindeki Hanımefendi tavırlarıyla bir o kadar kaba ve çözümcü değildi. Otele geldiğimizde verilen oda güzel fakat oda da klimada su sisteminde ciddi sıkıntılar var. Temizlik her gün yapılmamakta. Otelin Genel Müdürü Taner Bey çoğu konuda bizleri dinleyip destek olmaya çalıştı fakat Herşey Dahil konsept olarak gidiyorsunuz içecek almaya gittiğinizde şu yok bu var, şundan kalmadı şöyle oldu deniyor. Elinizde yoksa bu durum baştan konuşulmalı diye düşünmekteyim. Restorant ve Bar kısmında Nurcemal ve Samet Bey muhteşemlerdi ve çok yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Çalışanlar, rezervasyon departmanı dışında mükemmel ama diğer açıdan bakınca çok güzel bir konaklamaydı diyemem.

Pior hotel que já fiquei

Quando cheguei na recepção para o checkin não havia ninguém. Esperei por mais de 30 minutos quando apareceu um funcionário que não falava inglês. Com um tradutor do celular ele disse que o hotel estava fechado e me direcionou para um hotel inferior. Quando cheguei nesse hotel, ele era muito inferior ao que havia reservado e pago. O quarto era pequeno, desconfortável, sem janela. Roupas de cama e banho velhas e manchadas. Banheiro estreitamente pequeno e a pia era tão minúscula que não dava nem para lavar as mãos. Funcionários não falavam inglês e mal educados. Todos estavam sem máscara de proteção para o Covid-19 e não faziam a higiene necessária. Café da manhã pobre e horrível, o pão era velho e murcho. O hotel dizia que tinha todas as refeições inclusas, mas só tinha uma opção de comida: frango em todas as refeições e todos os dias. A mesma coisa sempre, não tinha variações de comida. Só frango! A comida era ruim e fria, com um aspecto nojento. E as comidas não eram repostas, ou seja, quando acabava não havia reposição. Paguei por uma coisa, e recebi outra muito pior! O hotel que fiquei era metade do valor do hotel que reservei.

The gentleman at the check in didn’t know where the room was. It was supposed to be an all inclusive but there wax no food after 9 pm and we checked in after 9 pm. The bar was closed at 11 so we didn’t get to enjoy a drink either. Breakfast was buffet was very poor and flies were all around the food. It was extremely loud everywhere including the room. Total disaster.
