Hidden paradise

I've really enjoyed my stay in Hakan Otel. It is a beautiful hotel, situated away from the crowd along a river, but still very close to the beach. In just 3 minutes you are on the beach, even closer you'll find a supermarket, an authentic Turkish restaurant and a souvenirshop. Hakan Otel is very pretty, nice decorations on the walls, plants, trees and flowers everywhere, decorated pumpkins with lights in them. The bar and restaurant are situated next to the lovely swimmingpool. Rooms are small, but have big beds, a minibar and enough space to leave your clothes. The bathroom is spacious as well as the shower. The hotel feels like your home because of the very friendly owner and staff. The Turkish breakfast is fabulous! The hotel is also the home of some Housemartins, who fly over the hallways, over the swimmingpool and when enjoying your morning coffee, you will see them feeding their baby birds in their nests attached to the ceiling....

Stair lift didn't work. In poor repair generally and shabby in many areas. Night cold and only 1 sheet.no extra bedding anywhere. Bad design. Two steps to bathroom .ceilings rusty. Pool not filled 2/6 . View of roof from our floor, in bad repair. Very poor in all aspects and poor breakfast. On positive side two staff most welcoming . Very outdated in all areas and even garden areas poor. Would never recommend it

Hakan Otel’de 5 gece konaklama yaptık. Temizlik ve müşteri ile iletişim çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı güzel ve çeşitliydi. 4 gece için de akşam yemeği aldık. Akşam yemekleri de lezizdi. Bitez’e tekrar gelirsek hiç düşünmeden tekrar konaklama yapacağız. Teşekkürler.

Amazing breakfast and friendliest staff!

This was one of my best stays. The hotel is managed by some of the friendliest people. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The location is also great as the hotel is quite close to Bitez Beach. Would love to stay here again.

Relaxing Time

I went a little too early early in the season, but nevertheless, had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I stayed on a bed and breakfast option and the food and service were great. The hotel is family owned and run and is more their way of life than just a job. Preparations for the start of the season were ongoing throughout my stay,but I was given priority at all times. A lovely family and a good holiday.
