Bedroom ac barely working. And we all know Mexico is hot. The balcony is nice but green mold Puddle. Like it’s not impossible to see it lol. Bed felt like a rock. Needs a new mattress. But not a horrible place just needs a decent cleaning and some New upgrades. Nice location! I’ve seen worse in America. You would think they would want to give me the nicest room they got! But no they want a honest review you got it. I should of spent more and went to a better place. They trick you with a nice room photo and then I get that lol oh well

No es posible que no tengan cobijas disponibles, el argumento fue que se las roban y en ese caso pues los que dan el servicio deben garantizar que todos los inquilinos estén agusto y no dar esas respuestas, al final no me resolvieron nada!!! Pagué casi 300 pesos más por el precio real de mi habitación, he pagado menos que eso en Veracruz y son instalaciones bien cuidadas, armoniosas, pero aquí les falta cuidado en instalaciones y por supuesto un servicio al cliente más amable e interesado por la calidad de cada estancia. La sala está sucia, las almohadas aun con cabellos de otras personas, la puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, hay que empujar para cerrar, su puerta de acceso a la habitación sin ningún tipo de seguridad (cadena o seguro en puerta) su estufa sin un quemador, el cableado de la TV todo expuesto y mal puesto... Por una noche de 800 pesos, tuve una mala experiencia en un lugar cero armonioso y feo.

Pésimas y horribles las "suites"

La habitación tiene mugre acumulada de mucho tiempo, las instalaciones y los muebles son mucho muy viejos, la habitación es muy fea, ni la tv servía. Se nota que hace muuucho tiempo lo dejaron de arreglar y/o actualizar, el papel, jabón etc son de quinta. Se nota que al dueño lo único que le importa es rentarlo sin invertir más que en una camarera también de quinta ahí a nadie le importa la satisfacción del cliente.

En general no es un mal lugar para hospedarse, pero si deja mucho que desear. Pues las habitaciones si bien no estan en malas condiciones tampoco están en las mejores. Nos hospedamos en la habitación 202 y la primera impresion fue negativa al ver el sofá en pesimas condicones, ni pensar en utilizarlo. No hay presión para la regadera del baño y si bien ofrece un espacio para preparar alimentos, el equipamiento está a medias. Los colchones estan viejos y se hunden en partes, son incomodos. La atencion tampoco es la mejor, tuvimos problemas con la conexión a internet y con la TV y no nos resolvieron. En mi opinión es un lugar para estar una noche, una opción de paso. Espero puedan mejorar todas estas cosas.
