Delightful. Pretty. A true treasure!

The property and host was amazing. Breakfast everyday was delightful. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning for the room and it was very hot, but you can’t control the weather, right? Otherwise, this was a perfect and delightful stay in the French countryside!

This property was a very positive surprise during my trip to France. The experience provided by the couple that run La Pomélie was beyond expectations. The place has clean and comfortable installations, the reception was warm and informative about the surrounding area, and the breakfast was rich, all made by the owners using local ingredients. Table was set in a way that I could fell special and living in the country side of France. The attention to the details was tremendous. Strong recommend.

A jewel in Touraine. As good as it gets!

This place is a jewel, the best B&B I've ever stayed at. The rooms are lovely, decorated with great taste. The place is run by its owners, Valérie and Phillippe, who where very friendly and welcoming hosts. The breakfast includes home made cakes and marmalades, and was probably the best of our whole trip. Valérie is a skilled professional chef. We had the opportunity to enjoy a "table d'hôte" dinner, out of this world. La Pómelie is only 12 minutes away from Château de Chenonceau, and 12 minutes away from Amboise. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Excellent séjour à La Pomélie

Excellent séjour à La Pomélie malgré la T° caniculaire. Nous avions choisi cet hébergement en raison de sa proximité du spot de départ de France Montgolfière mais également de ville comme Amboise. Les hôtes sont adorables et très attentionnés et le petit déjeuner est un régal. Si nous revenons dans le secteur, nous nous arrangerons pour pouvoir profiter du diner !

Un séjour de rêve dans une propriété de charme où nos hôtes ont surpassé nos espérances. La maîtresse des lieux, cuisinière et pâtissière émérites nous a régalés de ses bons produits maison, dont la profusion, la variété et la qualité n'auraient rien eu à envier aux tables royales de la région. Excellentissime

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à La Pomélie. La chambre est décorée avec goût, la literie confortable, et très au calme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité d’accueil de nos hôtes, et que dire du petit-déjeuner! Il est excellent, composé de gâteaux faits maison, de pain et viennoiseries frais. Nous recommandons fortement et ne manquerons pas de revenir!

The Hosts were wonderful, such a beautiful place, every little detail is taken care of. The breakfasts was a feast with Madame‘s home made baked goods. It is a perfect location to visit the Château Chenonceau. Madame is an outstanding chef wish we picked a day when she is offering dinner. Highly recommend and would love to come back.
