Llegando nos recibió una señora malhumorada que se dedicó a regañarnos por haber estacionado mal es carro frente al hotel en un pinché poblado que ni pasaban carros diciendo que iba a llegar la policía, la verdad es que me quede porque ya había pagado si no me voy inmediatamente 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

la habitación no estaba mal de tamaño, pero faltaba limpieza de cristales, cabecero sucio, en el armario apareció envoltorio cepillo dientes, tallas deshiladas y con mucho uso, el somier muchisimo ruido ya que esta muy usado y en la habitación de al lado se oía también por lo que deducimos que están todas las camas por el mismo estilo, en el cuarto de baño varias baldosas rotas y alguna rajada

L'environnement était très agréable et calme. Personnel souriant et accueillant malgré notre incapacité à parler l'espagnol !😊 Le seul bémol, ce serait l'acoustique global dans l'hôtel (très bien entretenu mais un peu vieillissant). Bref, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons également eu un coup de cœur pour le village de Mungia!

Camas incomodas, buen desayuno.

Las instalaciones del hotel estan bien, pero las camas son muy incómodas. El personal muy amable y te ayudan en todo. Lo mejor el desayuno, muy bueno y bien de precio.

El alojamiento cumple la función por la que fue reservado sin embargo tenía algunos detalles de mantenimiento: no funcionaban la nevera, luces habitación, algún enchufe, … por el resto todo bien.

hotel di altri tempi in una cittadina vicino Bilbao. Molto comodo per l’aeroporto e anche per andare verso le spiagge di Bakio. Personale molto cortese, camere retró ma ampie e silenziose. Si respira un’altra atmosfera.

La habitación muy espaciosa y con un ventanal con unas vustas increibles. Por poner una pega, la cama de muelles estaba ya demasiado desgastada y tenia caida hacia el centro y no tenian A/C, era un ventilador. Por lo demás ninguna pega, muy bonito, limpio y personal muy agradable

Estratégicamente posicionado; y en ciudad bonita

Hotel práctico, habitación espaciosa, limpia y gran baño. Bien posicionado para visitas de pueblos conocidos cercanos, y ciudad hermosa la de Mungia. Por contra, deben renovar puertas, mobiliario y enchufes, porque había un pequeño minibar sin enchufar ni usable.

Publicidad engañosa, la casa de la foto no existe, te alojas en hotel (edificio). Toallas, cortinas y colchas con agujeros. Polvo de muchos días. muebles viejos y deteriorados Una mini nevera que no enfría absolutamente nada. El checking normal, la recepcionista nos dió un plano del pueblo porque se lo pedi, casi nunca está en su sitio, la volví a ver cuando me marché. No nos sentimos atendidos ni acogidos en ningún momento.

Hotel agradable y con una recepcionista encantadora, pero necesita algunas reparaciones como en pintura de techos de zonas comunes y mas cuidado en los detalles en general (en habitación malos acabados en pintura de techos y paredes, o para tapar ventanas translúcidas). Hubo un malentendido y nos quisieron cobrar el desayuno continental que ya estaba incluido en la reserva pero todo se solucionó al enseñarles y reenviarles el correo de confirmación de Hoteles.com.

Tienen un excelente servicios, todo el personal es súper amable, cariñosos. El establecimiento es limpio, todo huele genial y se nota la limpieza en todo. La única pega que pongo es que la. Cama y demás son antiguos. Pero del resto, súper.

Right from arrival the attitude from the staff was very poor & quite rude.. there’s no parking at the hotel as stated, and at breakfast the women tried to charges me €2.50 for the tiniest cup of coffee, affirming breakfast was not free after ivd specifically book a hotel with parking and chose the option to have breakfast n payed for it, end up not having breakfast at all apart from the coffee that barely touch the sides.. just found it not organised, rude, n very mediocre service.. ll def not be staying here again..
