We stayed upstairs w premium room w balcony. Very spacious. Comfortable and relaxing. The bed was the best of all my stays in Australia. You can even see the difference penguins come in at night as well as walk on the beach only 15 feet away.

Room was very comfortable and well presented. Wonderful location and being dog friendly is a big plus for this resort. Lots of wildlife and pleasant staff. Will stay here again. Out of Bicheno a bit is good as quiet from any road noise.

We were quite late arriving and even though the office was closed, the manager still came out to greet us. The room was very accessible and easy parking. It was clean, roomy and convenient, as well as good facilities. Even though we were unable to get to the restaurant, the menu looked great.
