Great hotel with very friendly staff

The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. We did have a issue with the wrong room type when checking in, but the kind lady from the reception checked it for us and apologised for the mistake. Suite room is definitely worth paying some extra money for (modern and spacious). Breakfast was from 8am till 11am. The food choice for breakfast was rather limited, but what they had was very good and tasty (hummus, fresh bread, etc). Hotel and surroundings felt very safe, although it is about 20 minutes walking from Bethlehem city center.

Double invoicing

The hotel didn't respected my booking confirmation so I paid twice, the first time was when I booked the room the second at hotel cash. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody to avoid double invoicing

quarto grande, banheiro apertado.

Chegamos depois da meia-noite, grupo de 30 pessoas, eu os avisei que chegaríamos tarde, eles já haviam separado os quartos para a gente, porém a pessoa que nós atendeu exigiu que eu pagasse as taxas antes de qualquer pessoa ir para o seu quarto, no hotéis.com diz que as taxas poderiam ser pagas no check out também, estavam desconfiados que não pagaríamos, afinal foi uma taxa de 480 dólares no total do grupo todo. Na verdade, na parte inicial da reserva no app da hoteis.com dá a entender que todos os impostos estão inclusos, apenas ao ler as condições é que vemos a cobrança de 19% de "taxa de resort". Hotel muito simples, banheiro apertado, um cheiro diferente no quarto, não recomendo, e financeiramente não compensou. Desejo aos donos e funcionários sucesso.

Only the breakfast was good, all the others no.

The bathroom is terrible, so small that you can not turn around. The size of the bathroom must be never allowed to be used in any hotel, may be is less than one meter large per less than one and half meter length, the hands lavatory is on top of the toilet where you can not stand straight. The door we could not close it. (Didn't slide).

I can stay there again

It was difficult to find so I was cranky while checking especially as I had just arrived from Palestine, the person checking me in however was very friendly and provided me with chilled lemonade which was quite refreshing. The decor while pleasant, is worn. Quiet area. Close-ish to the old city of Jerusalem. Breakfast was limited but tasty. They didn’t have additional plugs for outlets which I feel is important for hotels hoping to serve international clientele should have.
